Lao Hero's service is shoddy due to poor attitude and lack of communication between dispatch and crew. We just moved in and had some carpentry work done. We contracted Lao Hero to paint and perform a deep clean. 2 groups of people had to come due to a series of issues. 1) The dispatch did not inform the crew of our paint colour choice causing them to paint the wrong colour in their visit. A second visit was thus necessary, resulting in a wasted day as we were prepping to move. 2) The first group did a shoddy job of cleaning, missing out the newly installed carpentery and obvious spots (doors, windows etc), thus needing to clean everything ourselves. 3) The same group did not want to clean the service yard despite being part of the contract. The second group had to unwillingly clean it eventually. 4) The paint job was also incomplete. Patches of grey was found in hidden spots on the ceiling. The paint was also extremely brittle, peeling off due to bluetack. We highly suspect the lack of sealant on the paint job despite paying for sealant and 2 coats of paint. These incidence resulted in a huge waste of time and inconvenience. Money not well spent and staff trying to avoid responsibility.

The cleaning service provided was highly disappointing and I do not recommend it. Proceed at your own risk. The cleaning equipment provided was incomplete and not professional. The vacuum cleaner came with just a hose, but lacked the necessary brush head. When I inquired about it, the company replied, "Sorry, the brush head broke in the morning, and we couldn't replace it in time." Additionally, the cleaner used the same "multi-purpose" cloth to clean the bedroom, toilet, and kitchen, which is not only unhygienic but also unacceptable. The cleaners assumed my house was new and neglected to clean the toilet and balcony, despite the fact that this service was meant to be post-defect or handover cleaning after renovation. They only agreed to clean when I specifically asked them to do so, otherwise one of them would be skiving away on the phone at times. The vacuum cleaner used lacked a proper brush head, and instead of effectively vacuuming, the cleaner merely passed the hose over the surface, picking up only a bit of dust. They then mopped over the area, assuming the job was complete. After the cleaning, I had to go over the floor again and found that dirt still remained—clearly showing that the floor wasn’t properly vacuumed. This is a testament to the poor quality of the service. Furthermore, the cleaners were easily distracted, spending much of their time on their phones. While two cleaners were deployed, in reality at times, only one was working, and the other often stood by, doing little. The only positive outcome was that the cleaning company agreed to provide a discount as an acknowledgment of the poor service. Overall, this cleaning service was subpar and I strongly advise against using it.

A friend recommended this company, and I had their marble floor in my living room and the wooden floor in my bedroom polished as well. I'm very satisfied with the work, and the price was reasonable.

Lao Hero have been the professional cleaning company my family go to whenever we need any cleaning for our moving-in or moving-out matters. Today, their cleaners were early for their appointment and did a thorough cleaning on our new renovated unit. Fast and efficient, and members are friendly as well. We are satisfied on their service and attitude Highly recommend Ms Chan

Laohero Services Pte Ltd provided exceptional cleaning service. From the moment I booked to the completion of the cleaning, everything was handled smoothly. The cleaners were polite, thorough, and did an outstanding job. I was particularly impressed with how clean they left my kitchen and bathrooms—areas that are often overlooked by other companies. Laohero Services Pte Ltd has been one of the most consistent, professional group of cleaners I have engaged so far. I have been using them for close to 3 years. Most importantly, they are a one stop solution company that helps with painting, electrical works, professional cleaning, curtain drying and even table top polishing. Very good management and responsive representatives. Will continue to use them for years.

Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended. The rental unit was super dirty n tenant just left all their unwanted personal belongings n furniture in the unit after tenancy. A few items were also spoilt n needed repair. They are a 1 stop service n took care of everything at very short notice just to help get the job done. The repair was done speedily, cleaning do up to standard n the price was reasonable. Will surely engage them again!
