Boss is a very pleasant and hard worker. He makes sure to help you and genuinely has your best interest at heart. We needed to fix the gas pipe in our new place, but our carpentry contractors had made several mistakes with the design, and after installing the gas pipe, we realised the contractor didn’t add an extra socket for the gas stove :’). Thankfully, we met this boss who was willing to try and help us rectify the issue to his best of abilities. Thank you so much!!

Engaged them for laying of my gas pipe for my cooker at my place. We had a great experience as their reply was prompt and their workers are very helpful and considerate. They even go to the extended mile to help me install my stove as well. Would really recommend their service to anyone!

Here is what their gas contractor (or their admin) msg me after one month since he spoiled my Dyson remote: “Hi xx, this is xx. I’m the gas person.Thanks for the payment, and sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused to your fan and remote”. The incident happened on June 24th when the gas contractor rushed into another room from my kitchen, knocking over my fan and remote. I heard a loud bang and came out of my room to check. Initially, no one admitted it. I found out what happened after checking with my son. Both the fan and remote were not functioning properly afterward. I purchased a replacement remote from Shopee and fortunately, the fan is also working again. I understand that everyone makes mistakes. However, his actions and attitude really upset me. Promptly apologizing on the spot and admitting what happened is what I expected from an adult. Also, I didn't feel any sincerity from his message which he sent to me today. If you're considering using this company's services, especially when moving to a new house like me, please be cautious. It's important to choose a company that values accountability and customer service.
