I had an emergency situation at midnight when my washing machine burned down and the house was full of smoke and smell of burning plastic. I called them and an experienced technician came in less than 30 min. He removed the machine out of the house as I had asked. I am very satisfied and I totally recommend Lotus electrical engineering!

Responsive to my call when i needed the service of an electrician on a Sunday night after my ELCB burnt out due to lightning in the midst of a thunderstorm. Work was done efficiently and repairs were completed in slightly more than hour despite the complexity of the task and the low light environment at night
