This is my 1st time I’m using this company for ac service, however disappointed with their service level. I was told that removal of blower for cleaning is subjected to additional charge, whereby other service company that I used to engage include this work scope in their normal ac service without any additional charge. Blower cleaning will not be done properly without removal for cleaning with water.

My husband and I are witnessing boss Brendon from employee to employer, happy to watch his team is growing bigger these few years. His team always providing professional advises with proof (pictures) if they verify my certain ACs need to proceed with chemical wash. They always come with details ACs and compressor checking before AC servicing. The aircon technician who came over to our house displayed absolute professionalism. His name is Brandon. He has been servicing our aircon for many years. We have been having issues with our aircon lately and thought it was dirty. So we ask for a chemical clean. However it is our aircon motherboard that spoiled. He took initiative to recommend a change of motherboard instead of charging us for chemical cleaning. We appreciate his consistent proactiveness and would recommend him to anyone who needs a fix for their aircon.
