Cheaper than the first company that quoted their price. I love how the painters were very committed to their work. And the admin though he replied a bit later, still accomodated my requests. Thanks a.lot

Please be aware this online contractor, Kai from MR Paint Construction Pte Ltd. He engaged Third Parties to do the job for you but when come to problems he did not solve it and start pushing to the workers. The workers lost my switch box screws and bed frame screws. He did asked the workers to change new switch box with no costs incurred. As my bed frame screws problem still pushing here and there. One of the worker still has to text me to guide him how to come my place and send him the GPS. This company did not provide transport for them to their clients' place. I have to deal with it. Don't be like me just to save a $400 and need to deal with the nonsense for the past 3 days. I rather stick to my trustworthy contractor although the costs a bit high. This is my first time experience with such a lousy contractor. Don't speak to you on the phone. Only using voice message or WhatsApp. Don't even go to clients' place to do supervision. Better check the company address via online before engage him.

Protection and painting was performed professionally, painters skipped/ had a quick lunch to complete the job earlier, cleaning up was good, but we will still want to vacuum and mop to clear out dust.

Real bad service, was played out twice by them for an appointment to carry out a site inspection. If your time is precious, why not mine too? I have to block time to arrange for your visit but to another disappointment without any follow up.

I highly recommend MR Paint and Construction! Colour consultant Kai gave good advice and the painter guys, I'd really recommend these hard working and meticulous chaps (Rajib, Mahmood & Sanjit) with great working team synergy...who just did my place on Sat (started punctually at 0930 to 2000hr)! I like the time they took to carefully tape and protect the place up. They also helped with removal of old screws and magnetic door stoppers and patching in various areas. Price is reasonable and they did a very nice job with negligible mess! Will confirm recommend to all my friends who might be in need of painting services! ❤️

My Parquet flooring was rented out to a tenant for 10years. The flooring was severly cracked and moudly. The skirting was detached from the wall. Kai is the guy that I liaised with. He is very service oriented but super busy. He arranged 2 guys to sand and polish my flooring. The workmanship and speed are awesome. They started work at 0830hrs and completed at 1030hrs. We are impressed with the end result. The shine and quality were better than the initial condition I bought my condo. Also, the painter did a super good job in painting. All cracked areas were covered Look at the photo and u will believe what I have experienced. Highly recommended!!! I was recommended via a friend too.

Had a good experience with MR Paint & Construction. I enlisted their service for house painting, Mr Kai was very easygoing and succinct in communication. Process of confirming job and execution was VERY quick and hassle-free (not easy to find!). I could also select many colours. The paint guys worked well too, very friendly and conscientious. Protection is done properly and you can let them know if you have any request. After painting, You do need to check a few times then let them know on areas to be touched up and they will do it nicely. Full House painting Completed in a day, it was a long day not sure if it can be scheduled better to be less tiring for both painter (for job and meals). Will recommend MR Paint & Construction to anyone who wants a good Paint job done, easy communication, affordable pricing and hassle-free. 😊

Repaint our 3 room flat. Reasonable price did the job within 1 days as what they promised. But have some uneven paint, they came back to help us to touch up which is very nice. Only a down side is they took very long to reply the message. If you able to wait for the message, overall still isn’t that bad.

We have so many issues with them. First they did not fulfil the requirements we have asked for. A day job became 4 days job. Yet not up to expectations after the 4th day. Now we noticed there were uneven white colors on the kitchen ceiling. And its only less than a month upon job completion. Don't know how many coatings they have actually painted. Also when we lean against the walls while sitting, there appeared a stain on the wall which we don't understand why it's happening. Worst experience ever. In the end, my hubby has to do the unit all over again himself 🙄🤔

We recently purchased a resale HDB and placed an inquiry to this painting company which from its reviews came highly recommended. However, that’s as far as the recommendation went and after requesting them to paint the property we were faced with the following problems once finished. 1. painted the living room the wrong colour scheme/ had to come out and correct. 2. No preparation of the door frames prior to use of oil based paints, just slap n dash over the existing paint 3. As a part of the quotation they stated they needed 10 litres of paint to paint approximately 5m x 2.1m in a single colour, opened both tins and used only 1.5 litres from each tin (cost per 5 litres $140 each) this was repeated for two other colours. 4. Putty used over flaking paint which when tapped fell off leaving a bare wall 5. Over ordering of paint at your expense. 6. What would you do with a surplus of approximately 20 Litres of paint??? 7. Two days labour/only one day used, gross over pricing, again at your expense. The owner walked through the job with myself and provide reassurance they would complete the job with no issues as his Google reviews indicated they were a professional outfit. The job was priced for completion over two days and having purchased all that paint one would have assumed nearly all the paint would have been used and it would have taken two days. The company finished in a single day and upon viewing the finished job, well our hopes of a good job were deflated. I telephoned Nippon paint and asked them how much paint I’d need to paint the dimensions of the first wall (5mx2.1m) their response was 3 litres depending on how many coats. Given we have approximately 7 litres remaining of one colour in two tins, and approximately 15 litres of two other colours you can deduce they had quite literally skimmed over existing paintwork with a single coating. Unprofessional at best! Now, I know how you Singaporeans are careful in your spending so my recommendation is that If you intend to hire these guys, hire at your “PERIL” as they are far from being a high class painting outfit.

Just to shared my painting experience and service provided by Mr Paint & Construction Pte Ltd. I've found & contacted them via FB ad. To summarize my review. I will put it in point form for simplification and easy reading. Response - Respond was quite fast before deposit paid. After that, they normally will reply you on the following day. Day 1 experience - a. Run out of white paint and require me to drive the painter to the nearest paint shop to buy paint. b. During site view, they told us no problem to complete all walls and ceiling within a day. However, they are unable to complete the job and left my place before 6p.m. c. Leaving my hall in full mess up condition for day 1. Day 2 experience - a. Painting done on all doors frame, windows frame and gate without any base coating. They didn't even clean the surface and apply the oil paint directly onto the surface. As a result, the oil paint doesn't adhere well onto the frame surface causing uneven paint. Due to the original paint color is darker than the new paint color, the result of the frames painting is terrible. b. Run out of paint once again and unable to complete my kitchen window frame. c. Causing deep scratches on my room's parquet flooring while trying to shift the wardrobe back in position. For this, they said they are willing to do the repair job in a separate day. They tried to arrange the following weekend at 2 pm but postpone the timing last minute which I can't comply to. Subsequently, they arrange another weekend at 2pm again but this time lagi best, totally never turn up and also didn't bother to inform me leaving me waiting for them the whole afternoon. d. Since they skip the kitchen window frame job and didn't repair the scratched on my parquet, they have given me a discount of $130 in total. $80 for compensation on floor scratches and $50 for unfinish job for kitchen window frame. Never cover one of my aircon unit during ceiling painting resulting in paint drop into my coil. Never bother to clean up paint stain on glasses and floor after job complete. 4. They actually sub-out the job to a 3rd party using bangladesh workers. Lack of communication with the 3rd party resulting that I need give full supervision on the whole process. 5. Rating - a. Service - 1/5 star b. Quality - 2/5 star c. Overall experience - 1/5 star
