Exceptional work by the team at ODA Engineering! We needed to replace our old, leaking, and degraded composite panel awning, with the goal of matching the clean look of the neighboring structure. Communication throughout the project was top-notch. Special thanks to Vivi, who kept everything crystal clear and efficient, i rarely had to go down to the site because of her prompt, thorough updates! PM Zhiming ensured the planning was seamless, while Site Manager Del and the crew executed the build with fantastic precision. They cleared out the old materials efficiently and left the area spotless. The final finish looks solid, clean, and perfectly aligned with our goals. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable, highly communicative, and professional team!

This company provides outstanding service! I’m especially grateful to Vivi, who was always responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I’d also like to thank their two supervisors—one Chinese and one Bangladeshi—who were both very professional and attentive. The awning they installed for my home looks beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The workmanship is excellent, and their installation team was also very professional. They completed the job efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly before they left, leaving the area spotless. The after-sales service has been just as impressive. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service!

From our very first meeting with Mr Delowar and Ms Vivi, the team at ODA Engineering has been nothing but helpful and professional. They consistently adhered to our very tight schedule and deadlines, and their responses were always very prompt and reassuring. Beyond installing the blinds, they also went the extra mile by assisting with additional painting works and fixing our lights whenever required. From the first meeting with Mr. Andrew and Delower, they explained very clearly what they would do and how they would proceed. After the initial meeting, they followed up by sending me examples of their recent work. Once I confirmed their services, they kept me updated on the appointment dates and times. On the scheduled days, they were punctual and informed me in advance if there were any slight delays in their arrival. For the roof repair, they went the extra mile by applying a layer of epoxy paint to prevent leakage. As for the decking works, due to site constraints, they took the existing decking back to their factory for re-sanding and re-varnishing before reinstalling it. Their quotation was very reasonable, and the quality of their work was excellent. I am very happy and satisfied with their work, attitude, and the pride they take in what they do.

ODA Engineering is a team of caring, hardworking and professional people who spend time to understand clients’ needs and pain points, before patiently explaining their options of solution and highlighting the pros and cons. They would check in with clients to see if everything is fine, after installation which is not something I see very often. Would recommend them!

    Response from the business

Vivi responsed to my sales enquiry immediately and had shown impressive reply in following up the appointment. She shared with me a lots of photos for ideas. Unexpectedly, she show up volunteering to clean my awing after completion. 🫰 Im glad to share that Andrew and his team Delowar had shown excellent result in constructing the trellis roof for balcony and roof top. They are a one stop company which also helps to supply the ziptrack and awning. It helps to lessen the troubles to cordinate among different vendor. Andrew was very responsive all times before and after sales. He provide good advise and helps to meet my expectation without any obligation. Delowar did a good job in rendering his skill set and did a challenging semi- rounded roof decking which was uncommon. Overall, I'm lucky to have the team building a dream home with a rain shelter.

I spoke to more than 10 awning suppliers and ODA was 1 out of 2 that sent someone to take a look at my house and then gave a reasonable price. The aluminum composite was well installed.
