⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently needed to repaint my living room and two bedrooms after replacing our air-conditioning. The old air-conditioning units had left the walls quite messy, with dirt, marks, and noticeable colour differences after they were removed. I found Paintland Construction through Google and contacted Patrick, who was very professional and helpful from the beginning. He explained the pricing clearly and patiently answered all my questions. What I really appreciated was that there was no hard selling at all. They were also able to arrange the painting within just two days, which was very convenient for us. The workers were polite, professional, and respectful. They were very patient and even helped advise us on how to move our items back into place properly after the painting. Overall, I’m very happy with the service, professionalism, and workmanship. It was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Paintland Construction to my friends and family, and I will certainly come back to them again for any future painting work. Thank you, Patrick and team, for the great service👍🏻

1st time using Gush paint and sealer hope it will last. Experience & professional painter of 16yrs, he is slow and steady done a good job. Will cover all your bed and items up before work start. Try to gather all items together so can cover up easily. Will do a layer of anti fungus wash followed by sealer then white base.

As a terrace house owner, getting the exterior side walls of my house painted is always a headache due to concerns that it might damage my neighbours' roofs. So I was glad to have found Paintland who assessed that they could paint using ropes instead of scaffoldings, As it was also the cheaper option, I decided to go for it even though I had some reservations about safety and the need to drill holes on my wall to create the anchors for the ropes. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole process and the outcome. The 3 painters that did the job were highly competent, punctual, polite and could converse sufficiently in English. They promptly completed the job in 3 days. Most importantly, I was delighted when I saw the end result. I was also very impressed with Patrick's efficiency. He is Paintland's main contact person for me. His WhatsApp replies were always prompt. I received his quotation on the same day he sent his man to assess my place. And he was able to arrange for his men to start work within a few days of job confirmation. Overall, I am very satisfied with what Patrick and his team had done.

Very disappointing after sale service. I had engaged Patrick because of good prior experience and got him to repaint the house interior and exterior. Leading up to the actual paint job, everything was smooth. As per the contract T&Cs, repainting and touch ups to amend painting peeling, bubbling issues are included (this is especially crucial for outdoors), when I contacted him initially, he had promised to send someone down for the touch up but after a month, I still didn’t hear from him. After many attempts to reach out to him, he’s now ghosted me entirely. Pls consider wisely esp if you need a responsible painter for your exterior/outdoors, I feel compelled to share my poor experience here so others will not just be swayed by the 4.8 rating.

Liaised with Jason to paint my house on Sat and Sun. He dropped by to perform quality check and asked his worker to repaint a stretch of wall as he found it below his expectation. A Singaporean entrepreneur who is easy-going. I'm happy to give a 5-star rating for his willingness to accommodate my requests at a reasonable price.

Engaged their service in 2021 to repaint my toilets ceiling and box up surface. In less than 2 years the ceiling paint started flaking. I called waterproofing contractor for site visit to check if its caused by water leak, he confirmed that theres no water leak but the painter did not do their job properly which caused the paint to flake within 2 years

Called Patrick to help paint my mother’s room and a corridor. Told he that there was mold so it needed to be done quickly. He was very responsive and got it done the following day, using a chemical to clean out the mold and adding a layer of oil sealer before painting on the final coat. What a difference it made and my mum is so happy with the results. Highly recommended!!!
