I have been using the services of ISOTeam HomeCare since July 2020. I have engaged them for water leaks (floor/ceiling), bathroom fixtures, and electrical works. They are experts in plumbing, electrical, and many areas of home maintenance work. Their works are expertly done, and the service personnel are very courteous too. The price is very reasonable and fair, giving you peace of mind in both quality and cost. Their boss behind the WhatsApp is rather unique because he would get his guys to visit suddenly when their time is freed up or make impromptu schedule. So be prepared for contingencies, but you will be assured of quality work that solves your problems with honest prices. They will continue to be my first go-to people for any home repair and maintenance.

Called several highly recommended electrician to fix garden lights . Some said don’t do outdoor lights, while others quote ridiculous price without checking . ISO team was prompt in response and on time for appointment . The team were very thorough and detailed . They went through the trouble of checking and confirming all wire sources even when the original problem was identified . Very impress with their professional attitude . Prices were reasonable too for the work done and they don’t overcharge unnecessarily . Happy to have found reliable electricians !

Great communication and very customer-oriented arrangement, over the weekend and late nights too to get the help. Thanks Eli. Service onsite was great and the repairs worked very well. Team was professional and helpful. Added in a few last minute fixtures and they were able to accommodate with quick turnaround. Also helped fix my toilet roll stand that was not part of scope and I didn't request for cos it was broken, which I really appreciated. They were also neat and cleaned up as they left. The ceiling re-patching work was perfect. Only thing to plan for is that sometimes a little late for appointments (30 mins tops), but only because of another extended appointment beforehand, and it's pretty common practice in industry as far as I've seen.

Very well done electrical work and piping installation for my shop. They were fast in responding to my enquiries on whatsapp and the workmanship of the pipings and cable trunking is not rushed. They asked me for my opinion each time they needed to make an important decision during the works. Definitely recommended!

I had been calling upon numerous Electrical companies / handymen since the past year to repair a precious pendant lamp in office but all failed. Interior designer shipped transformer from Netherlands didn’t work too. Happened to bumped into ISO-Team Homecare on general Google search. The Admin person is highly responsive, 2 foreign electricians came same day of the call. They made great efforts to troubleshoot though i told them history of many failed attempts. They instantly recognized that a wrong transformer had been installed and confidently went out to purchase another, returned & fixed the lamp!!! Excellent!!! Greatly appreciate their efforts and expertise!!!

I saw this company recommended online, and since my drain was clogged, I called to see if they could fix it. To my surprise, both the operator and the repairman were incredibly friendly and answered my questions professionally. The kitchen drain was unclogged in less than five minutes! I highly recommend them!

I bought a dishwasher and installed it together with laundry. But the ppl from gain city didn’t install properly, just 3days, extension pipe started leaking water. I searcher from google and found this service. They are very professional, quick action, and the important thing is, after installation, they even clean everything for me. I also asked for CCTV installation, they did very well for me.

Had a minor lighting issue. ISOTeam responded within half a day and arranged an appointment for the following day. They also provided an estimate of the bill. They arrived on time and fixed the issue within minutes. Will be using them in future!

I googled for a handyman service and found this company. I called them and they were helpful and asked me to wats app pictures of the areas that needed to be fixed. Within 30 mins, I had a quote. What was more impressive is that they could turn up that very day! 2 men turned up and they were polite. Spoke English well. When drilling on the wall, they even covered my bed with clean plastic wraps. Overall, I am extremely satisfied!

Our first time using a handyman for small repairs. We had a toilet led light fail even after we changed the driver. Communication with ISO was easy esp for busy people like us - used the website contact form and thereafter moved to Whatsapp - took photos and videos of the affected area to get a reasonable quote. He also noticed our ceiling was bubbly and damaged due to an old (and fixed) leak and suggested that they can also help to repair the ceiling and paint it before installing a new light. Even offered to come down on the day itself (though because it was already 3pm I asked for it to be the next day instead - I requested for them to be early so they can finish before 2pm because we needed to be out of the house by then). Next day they had some delay in arriving (was supposed to be 9) but was responsive over Whatsapp that the delay was to pick up materials. Work started around 10 with two workers, very polite and great workers, who finished the job very well and left by 1.30pm! Payment is available by cash, bank transfer, cheque and even PayNow, which is very convenient, so I used PayNow. Will be using them again to help fix other problem areas! Definitely recommended!

I'm a satisfied customer! Sent a WhatsApp in the morning at 0845, they replied quite promptly at 0930 with a quotation immediately after seeing a photo of the problem. Sent someone over at 4pm as agreed and fixed the problem (switched out a fried twin socket) in less than 10 minutes. Fuss-free and quick! Would use their services again. Thank you!

Thank you Mr.PK and his team. I texted Mr.PK in the morning and he responded quickly. Mostly importantly, he manage to fix my lighting on the same day. Great after sales service. Mr.PK follow up with me if everything is okay. I told him, one of the bulb flicker he quickly get his team to check on the next day to get it fixed. Pricing is transparent and reasonable. We would like to thank PK and his team for their excellent work on waterproofing for our house. Previously, the interior of the house suffered from water seepage before we commenced our renovation work.
