Engaged Panda Movers service under Penguin Logistics. 1. Pick up delay few hours 2. Delivery was not made directly after items were picked up. (delay few hours again) (FYI, pick up point and drop off point – 17 mins distance by veh only) 3. Probably went for other jobs. But tell customer lorry’s tyres got problem. (old excuses) (At least, should inform customer in advance and not letting your customer to wait whole day) Overall experience VERY BAD.. Think twice before you engage them

Superb service by the team who moved our furniture four flights of stairs. They were helpful and professional throughtout and were incredibly skilled throughout the 15 hours of navigating one of the most fiendish projects ever!

Can't recommend these guys enough! They responded to my whatsapp inquiry immediately with a reasonable quote, and advised they could be there within 1-2 hours (even though it was a Sunday). My condo management initially had some issues with the weekend collection, but instead of turning around they called so that I could communicate the urgency with management, and were eventually let through. They were such a massive help with my last minute move out and I am very grateful!

Prompt replies and a saviour as our original driver cancelled on us! Had to transport an art painting and got a quote almost immediately with driver reaching within the hour. They helped to wrap the painting meticulously and it was safely delivered.

Have consulted and engaged panda movers for assistance to move my late husband and my items to storage. Boss was very fast in responding to queries and provided very prompt assistance. The 2 young gentlemen whom helped today was very kind, patience and detailed in helping us packing. I am very grateful and huge kudos to panda movers!

I have to move house today's arrange at 5pm. Waited like 45mins no messages or call. Text no reply call no answer . Then he said I give the driver num..he was far from the place he need to come. So upset when check with the guys will they give discount for delay no answer ...not going to recommend to anyone.poor service

I engaged Penguin Logistics for a quotation to move a refrigerator from one location to another. Received a response the next morning. Price was very reasonable and the arrangement was easy and straightforward. The workers arrived on time and the move went very well. I would recommend their moving service!

Edit: Have decided to post as i asked for proper offline resolution and was ghosted by Penguin Movers. Ask for a quote (agreed by Penguin Movers) for the below delivery: -Disassemble and assembly of bed frame -delivery of bed frame -necessary wrapping of furniture -all inclusive of materials, labor No secure wrapping was done. Told me old bed-frame therefore no need wrap; Penguin Movers refused pick up my call and ask the deliveryman to “paint over” my bed to remove the scratches and dents caused by moving. Do not use.

The movers arrived promptly on the dot as scheduled and were efficient from start to finish. They worked quickly to load all the boxes onto the trolleys and into the van, making the whole process smooth and fuss-free. They also dismantled and reassembled our storage bed without any issues. Overall, a reliable and efficient moving experience at competitive rates - highly recommend!

Do not use this movers, 1-star reviews are accurate. Movers were professional and handled items with care. However, service is poor, unprofessional and overpriced. Booked the moving service on 7 August for 12 August, with a confirmed moving time of 12pm provided by Jeffrey. My items were packed and ready by 12pm, but the movers did not arrive after 1 hour at 1pm. I had to repeatedly call and message for an update before being informed that they were delayed due to a vehicle accident. A revised arrival time was provided, but the movers still arrived about 5 mins later than the revised time. I paid $150 for the service, but the items were not wrapped nor secured. I also later found out the move was carried out using a Lalamove van, which I could have booked at $30-50. Total move time: 3hr 10 min Actual move time: 50 mins 74% of the time was spent waiting for the movers Tldr: Paid $150 for move. Movers were late by 2hr 20 minutes without prior communication. Items were not wrapped/secured and used a LaLaMove van which I could've have hired myself. Do not recommend, very bad moving experience.

Terrible experience. Just used them to move recently. Person came 45 mins late, and they managed to damage our kitchen cabinets because the mover carelessly unloaded the fridge. Also scratched the wooden table when shifting. Obvious lack of care

Fast and thorough work to meet timeline when doing disposal for us when we moved house. Upfront and economical pricing. Took time to adjust and arrange everything nicely so it could all fit. Moved all items (and there were many) carefully into the lift (no trouble with management). Follow up from their company is also fast and polite. Would recommend.

Recently enhanced the Penguin Logistics to dispose off my upright piano. They were very prompt with quotation upon request and arranged for the service within a short period. Both the staff who came were very fast, efficient and polite. I was very happy with their services.

Ridiculous mover. Was late by 3 hours and despite sending photos in advance etc and affirmation, the lorry being send was not large enough. I was being asked to pay double for another round of moving, when the price to send a large lorry to send in a single trip was the same. No apologies, left customer to be either stranded or pay extra. Customer had no choice but to pay extra for move. Will never use them again.
