I can’t fault the service from this company - with a special mention to their sales supervisor Kelvin - who was super responsive over chat and arranged to come assist at short notice. Unlike other companies I reached out to, Kelvin listened and provided much-needed solutions, going above and beyond to ensure our bird mite problem was addressed quickly and effectively. He helped coordinate necessary remediation works with a contractor and personally assisted with the pest removal. Staff members Moksin and Ah Wei were also very thorough and professional. Overall I am very impressed with this company and their service and can definitely recommend.

Just had a near collision with one of their driver. Vehicle number is GBK4395C. Cut into our lane without due diligence almost causing an accident. Thank God for our car's good brakes. I think the company needs to review the way they drive or send them back to take their license. The driver of the said vehicle still came down to challenge me for a fight. His resaon for cutting was because my driver was slow and that we didn't hit him. I hope the company can review this incident carefully.
