Recently met with termites issue at home and it was rather frustrating. Kept wondering how it happen and what’s the source. Spoke to Xander from Pestology and he did a few recommendations to find out the root source. Was patient with me and spend a couple of nights communicating with me on what I should be doing. We ended not having to use their service as it was resolved with a contractor to remove the source. He did checked back to ensure that my problem was resolved.. Kudos to them for being so patient and giving me valuable advises.

Did not use his service, but sent in a photo of my termites situation. Company responded promptly and gave good advice. Instead of hard-selling services, recommended it was better to just get my furniture replaced. He was also very knowledgeable on the topic of termites and reassured my concerns. Really thankful for the help.

I wish they were more clear about their pricing upfront. I called them to ask how much would it cost. They said, we will send for inspection first and then determine. The gentleman who came(was fine otherwise, came on time and all) but straight started working and then slapped me a bill for $130(for one pest) for something that was relatively straightforward- although it is a 3 bed condo but most of the work was in the kitchen and the adjoining small area. I am new to SG but it does seem like a bit much to me. I am putting it out so that others like me know what to expect and dont have to be surprised.
