Mr Ken Goh and his wife are the nicest people ever. I made a last minute enquiry at 10pm due to a broken/leak bidet pipe and they were able to accommodate me at close to 11pm. They were very friendly, helpful and even taught me how to turn off the master water supply in case i required. They even helped to fix my faulty tap at no extra charge. Super appreciative for their help at this late timing!!

Ken Goh and his wife did a great job fixing my toilet bowl. They even found and repaired a crack that I wasn’t aware of and removed the stains professionally. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Uncle Meng was super professional, engaged him as my kitchen sink chocked and flooded my kitchen floor. His response time was fast (called him and got a message reply very fast!) Price is affordable, trust worth uncle. definitely recommend!

Quite a weird and suspicious company. Called Meng for a plumber job, he and Ken were very responsive and enthusiastic initially. Then I asked if they are licensed. I don’t think it’s an unfair question to ask. Then right after that, they asked if I am the owner of the house and suddenly said they can’t do such jobs. They proceeded to block me on WhatsApp (all messages became single tick) and when I called Ken, he hung up on me halfway. Very defensive and strange??? If not licensed just say not licensed what’s the big deal, unless they are doing illegal work or going against PUB guidelines.

Humble couple with professional advice given and reasonable price.sink was clogged and done within half an hour They are clean too and won't dirty the bathroom. All their tools are organised and cleaned after using. Thumbs up 👍 no warranty though ..

Prompt reply and service with competitive pricing. Changed bidet + valve, shower tap, shower head pipe, kitchen tap - all in 1 hour. So thankful they came ready with a few fittings for me to choose. Don't need to buy separately.

Meng is a solid guy who offers cheap pricing compared to the ones outside !! Honestly thankyou for getting rid of the nonstop clogging and flooding in my kitchen !! Apparently there were a lot of mosquitoes growing in the clogged and dirty water that was totally out of reach , and he informed me about it and also got rid of it of it .Would totally recommend Meng to do your plumbing for you !

I don't always give review but this must really compliment for their swift response & service deserve thumbs up. Beside fixing my tap installation issues, even check internal pipe hidden behind the drawer, lucky for me internal pipe really leaking & they get it fixed. For sure next time any plumbing issue will contact them, highly recommend for anyone with plumbing issue👍👍👍👍👍

Called them Late at Night cause of a leak in our toilet bowl, very responsive and friendly 👍🏻. Finished everything less than an hour. Satisfied with the work. Good service and good value for money, Highly recommend for all 🙂.

Highly recommended for excellent service and fair price. Most affordable and responsive out of a few quotes I got for a toilet emergency. Took less than 2 hours from contact to get my choked pipes fixed. Mr and Mrs Ken were friendly and very efficient. Took pride in their work and ensured I was satisfied before leaving. Also cleaned up after they were done. Can't recommend them enough, thanks so much!!

Paip leaking and try multiple times myself to open the joint but unsuccessful. Ken and her wife was so professional, they only took half and hour to replace it with a new one, they also help me to modify the paip with an on/off switch for FOC whereby I will able to switch off d water inlet without affecting other toilet functions. Ken and his wife came within the hour to replace my popup waste (sink plug). They also took initiative to clear the tap head of dirt which was affecting water flow. The cost was also comparative or lower than others I approached. Honest, prompt and excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

Plumber Ken and his wife Gen came by on the same day to inspect and do the repairs. Ken and Gen not only fixed our leaks, but cleaned up and cemented back the areas which were affected during the repair. They also did thorough checks to ensure quality of work done. 11 stars out of 10!
