   I was in dire need of a plumber when the tap in my master toilet dripped so badly. Recommended by a friend, Jerry first advised that the tap cannot be repaired due to spare part and suggested to get it replaced instead. Knowing that leak is severe, he bought the shower set and headed to my home straightaway. All done within 1.5 hours! How effecient! He left everything neat and tidy after too. He is a rare find, a hero. Who says that hero wears a cape?

   This is my second time calling Jerry. His response is prompt and I was able to secure a visit by him very soon. Not the cheapest in town but definitely a good, quality job done. He makes sure he finds out the root of the issue and fixed it. This is so important for things like plumbing as we do not want issues so often. Today called him due to sink water not flowing. I had other plumber coming to fix this before, they usually just use the machine to clear, water can drain and finished the job. Today Jerry finally found the real issue - there was a huge cement lodged in the mid of the pipe (picture 2).. He tried different ways to dislodge it and finally was able to remove it. Thank you Jerry and I strongly recommend his service to anyone with plumping issue.

    Found Jerry online and texted him about the issue I was facing with my washing machine drainpipe. He correctly diagnosed that it's a chokage issue with my kitchen floortrap.     I called Jerry to fix a choked toilet bowl. He was very responsive and was efficient to solve the problem.     I called Jerry to replace my water basin hoses that were corroded and leaking. The access to replace the hoses was limited as my water basin is enclosed type. Nonetheless, Jerry was able to replace the hoses despite the tight space constraint without needing to drill or cut the wood enclosure. Very nimble with his handswork. He also helped me to fix a side water tap issue. Very friendly and humble guy as well.

    I had a plumbing choke due to previous contractor being lazy and not covering water trap when washing toilet. So my pipes had hardened cement and over time the whole piping got choked. Jerry was professional and advised me on what to do. He managed to clear the rocks and build up. Luckily it did not require me to go downstairs to my neighbours place to make an assessment of the piping as he managed to clear the debris through to the main piping. Would recommend him for any challenging plumbing problems.

He told me he could fix it and was there within 10mins of my call.     Highly recommend Jerry, he is patient, nice, organized and speaks English proficiently which is important for non-mandarin or dialect speaking folks. He helped us to remove our flush outlet system to install a new one, even had to cut through corroded screws to take out the water tank first. You can Whatsapp and send photos to Jerry to inform him your requirements first to see if he can manage the job.

    I called Jerry and he quoted$350 to $450 to unblock a main choke in my toilet. He send his partner Peter and when he came he said his he need a larger machine and van only it at $460. I rejected and he used some kind of hand tool to try unblock from toilet but damage my toilet. Seem like a work from an unlice6 plumber. I was upset and send him off. Finally I got another and got the job done for $180

    First thing first, I think you must have mistaken my partner as some other plumbers. My partner's name is called John, not Peter! I did clarify with my partner on this, he did not use any hard metal wire tool and is impossible to have caused those scratches that you had claimed . He only used a hand pump! Secondly, my partner checked with your condo security, prior engaging us down, there was another group of plumber who had attended to you first. You bluffed and told me you could not find any one to attend to you! Thirdly, my partner did took photo of the situation when he first reached. The floor and toiletbowl was choked up with brownish sewage water. We did not collect a single cents from you because my partner did mentioned to you that there will be a service charge if his cheaper alternative method doesn't work. The next day, you messaged me to inform me about my partner causing the scratches in your toiletbowl. You claimed that but the fact that the scratches could have been caused by the previous plumber or the plumber after us. But you conveniently pushed it to us which at that point of time, I think is super ridiculous. From my point of view, you were dishonest in the first place, covering here and there and trying to take advantage of the situation. After which still mentioned that you were able to give a bad review of my company if my attitude towards you were not right (but in actual fact, you had already submitted the review before you messaged me.) I rejected to offer to fix the scratches and you called me ''Asshole'! You mentioned that your friend recommended me to you. Clearly, that is not the case. It was just a lie in the beginning.
