Don’t ever engage this company. My Korean tenant called this plumber urgently due to a choked drainage in the kitchen. Charged her $500. Tenant called to inform me so I tried to negotiate by calling the company. The female staff refused and even argued with me about it. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I told her I’ll give a 1-star review for this exhorbitant rate. If my tenant had contacted me earlier, I would’ve advised her to engage Everyworks company. Engage Ivory Plumbing @Jurong East at your own risk.

Now that I have read the reviews whilst I came here to also leave a review it almost seems like they advertise just to scam people going around collecting transport fees. Called for a clogged toilet, told the charges would start at $80 onwards. Some young fella came and I shared with him how a previous plumber we'd lost the contact for had come in and ran some equipment and unclogged it. This guy tells me he needs to hack the toilet and then seal it back later and it would cost $850, I tell him that's too much and he charges me $30 for transport. Today my venue owner who returned from out of town decided to DIY with some chemical for chokes and a plunger and the problem was resolved. Imagine how that made me feel about this inexperienced plumber. He doesn't deserve 30 cents let alone $30.

Paid 32 for consult, Europace water heater leak.. Quoted us 1.1k for replacement to ariston or fujioh. Expensive and no justification. Did not have the professionalism to turn off the tap to the heater let it continue to drip when we refused the offer.

Overpriced and dishonest. Engaged them as we needed to clear a choke urgently. Admin quoted $80, the plumber who arrived charged us $550 to clear the choked floor trap with a machine and said that was the market rate. Got a second quote from another plumber the next day for only $300!

Terrible experience. The prices on their website are misleading — we were asked to pay three times more than what was listed on their website. After we paid the inspection and transport fees, they hung up on us. No explanation, no help.

Scammers. Overpriced, upsell, force the price down your throat. Do not patronise them. Easily find a reliable and better plumber for 1/5 of the price and better service. No after sale service. today install, tomorrow pipe burst. It’s your own problem, not the plumber issue anymore. Stay far away!!

Avoid at all cost, severely overpriced. Didnt know the actual company name (Ivory Plumbing) at the start as they are operating with a different site name hence cant find any review at first. Quoted $30 for checks and $238 for replacement of flush valve. After which realised it is highly overpriced.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER BY ALL MEANS !!! I felt I was completely scammed. My toilet and drain was choked and needed help immediately. When called , a Malaysian man Ah-Ben answered and said that they are on the way . They will inspect and if can't rectify , we only pay for his transport. If they can clear the blockage, the charge is minimum $60. I thought that it was fair. Another man came within 30 minutes. After looking at the flooded floor , he sigh and took out a booklet . Showed me and said, there are stones and inside the pipe is probably rusted , that's why it caused chokes. He needs to use a smsll machine to clear it . The price is $480 . This was already a surprise price . Then , if a small machine can't clear , he will need a bigger machine and also to dismantle the toilet. He said that it could be a serious blockage and the price is $904 (including GST). I was helpless , as it was evening time and children need to bathe . He acted like he was honest and asked me to look for someone else the next day . And if someone else can't do the job , I can call him again , but he has a very schedule and may not be able to come immediately . Very reluctantly I agreed . True enough , he said it was a serious choke and after using the smaller machine , he could not clear. So, a bigger job is needed to be done . I was slapped with the bill of $904 and WITHOUT warranty . DO NOT USE THIS Ivory Plumbing Pte Ltd They are scammers.

here to make transport fees. we wanted the plumber to take photo of our heater tabk burst n leak thru the ceiling BUT they REFUSE to send us even if the guy told us he would send us the photos. the receptionist DELETED them. TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND NOT HONEST AT ALL. IF CAN GIVE 0 STAR WILL GIVE! and call me stupid over the phone!!!! and my mum also.

Engaged them urgently to turn off my heater tap due to leaking on a Sunday. Paid $87.20 just to off the tap. Ask plumbers to take picture of the leaking heater. Plumber quoted $2.5k to replace new water heater. I say will revert to them later. Monday they refused to send me pictures if I do not engaged them. On Wednesday supplier came and check and found the tap was broken and is now jammed. Have to pay extra to fix the issue bcos Ivory Plumbing damaged it. NEVER use such unreliable plumber.

Unprofessional plumber, and rubbish company. At first plumber suggested the leaking was caused by a rusty part, but after replacing the part leaking persists. The plumber came back and checked again the next day, this time he said the leaking is actually caused by glue running off between the basin and table top and quoted me for hundred over dollars for topping up the glue after I already paid $730 to solve the leaking problem. He’s so unprofessional couldn’t even locate the leaking spot correctly before fixing the problem or he’s purposely doing this so he can charge for extra service? I phoned the company but surprisingly the company is even rude. The person on the phone told me to talk to the plumber on site, the company can’t do anything about it. Avoid this company seriously!

Wasn’t planning to leave a review, but a few days after the job, I still feel quite cheated. Found this plumber through a sponsored Google ad, didn’t notice the company name and didn’t check the reviews properly, which was my mistake. Agreed to pay $40 for an inspection to find a toilet leak. Was quoted $340 to replace a part and told the whole toilet bowl needed to be removed. After dismantling it, the plumber called and said another part needed changing for an extra $330. Total would have been $730+ after GST. Didn’t feel good about it, but was basically told if I didn’t proceed, the leak would stay and I’d still have to pay $340. After some back and forth, final bill was $632.20. The whole job took 20 minutes. Way too many hidden costs. Just be careful with companies that pop up as sponsored ads on Google, it can be really misleading.

Avoid at all cost. Came and after assessing told me cannot replace the faulty float cos the toilet bowl is an old design and need to remove the entire toilet bowl and seat in order to change the part and warned that 90% chance it will break. Charged me $30 for transport fees. I recalled another plumber actually changed the float for me 3 years’ ago and it could be done. Not convinced, I called another plumber down. He completed the job within 15mins without any complain. Text the admin and they just refused to respond. $30 to know a plumber to avoid at all cost. Relatively lucky compared to those who were charged much more.

Would give 0 stars if I would. They masquerade as 247 plumbing, but this is their actual business name. Their office quoted me $550 to change my water heater, but they had hidden charges until they wanted to charge me $950. When I asked why, the guy was so defensive. I calmly asked him for a cost breakdown because the cost difference is high. In the end, we didn't go forward with the job due to the bad attitude + lack of reply from their office. I wasn't even clear on their so-called "transport charges" . Dishonest company.

Inexperienced chap, couldn’t locate the floor trap while trying to assess the fix required. Was initially quoted $60 but after on site assessment, he quoted $350 as a machine was required. After an hour he couldn’t sort the issue and said he needed a bigger machine which would cost $580. Now at this point he asked for $30 transport fee, or I could wait for a more experienced technician, in which I had to top up another $20 for transport if he couldn’t find a fix. Paid $30 via UEN, left with a mess to clear, and managed to locate the official company name with reviews here. It was money well spent to speak the truth. Update Engaged another plumber who charged less than half the price and got the issue sorted in 30 minutes.

ZERO STARS if i could, HORRIBLE service and such a rude man who came! When we called they said $150 guaranteed to unclog. The rude plumber did not managed to fix the clogging issue and tried to increase the price by $300, citing other issues. Terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a very bad experience with this plumber. They didn't install the toilet bowl cover securely and after a few weeks, it came loose. When I requested that they rectify it, they said it is out of the 30 days warranty. See the whatsapp exchange for their service attitude.

Absolute scam, charged almost $446 to settle leaking and change tap. Try to instigate us to get him to clean the pipe by saying it had a lot of hair, but when ask about the price, he was very rude and asked for $180 for such a simple job. Atitude was terrible and he took our things without asking.

Avoid at all costs! if anyone sees this review and is considering whether to use their services, i URGE and IMPLORE you to stop thinking right now and just drop that thought immediately. literally any other plumber you find can give a better quote without having to put up with their attitude. scam company does not inform upfront about the "delivery fee" of $40 they will impose even if no plumbing services were eventually performed. eventually bargained down to $20 after several rounds of explaining how unreasonable and absurd this "fee" was. when probed why this delivery fee was not made clear when calling through their hotline, the serviceman simply responded "why didn't you ask?" with a condescending tone in his voice -- this fraudulent company obviously set out to swindle folks and trapping people with this tactic. unethical and unscrupulous business model that appears to profit purely off overcharging its customers for cheap parts (based off other reviews) and imposing ridiculous "delivery fees" without informing unsuspecting customers beforehand.

Complete SCAM! Avoid at all costs. We initially called another company (24 hours plumbing) who sent a guy from Ivory who said he's from 24 Hours plumbing. Rude guy initially told $100 for a kitchen pipe choke. After coming he quoted $750 for fixing which is outrageous. After declining he took the transport fee and when we confronted him that he's not from the company we called, he threatened to call the police because we questioned him about misleading him. Avoid at all costs. They're in the business just to make the transport fee.

Very very very worst company. For two sink service they charge me $450🙄. Manager, plumber attitude is very very bad. I speak to manager to reduce the price, he said he don’t know the real problem he cannot reduce . I ask plumber to explain about the problem he don’t want to speak to him to explain the problem. He still stay at the price $180 or he will charge me $30 for transportation fee& left(kind of blackmailing people). Really very worst experience I ever had in my life. This is like literally I put my money in to dustbin. Pls don’t go with this type of company.

On 3rd September, I hired Ivory Plumbing Services to clear a grease clogged kitchen sink floor trap at my mother’s 3-room new home. The plumber mistakenly thought I was the previous owner and confronted me about not choosing machine unclogging before. He quoted $600 for unclogging with a machine, plus $180 for pipe replacement and $150 for one tap head. Despite the uncomfortable exchange, I asked him to proceed as our mother is in a fragile health state and we wanted her to be worry-free. The clog was cleared in under 10 minutes. He nonchalantly increased the charge to $650 and added GST to all charges without prior mention. After reaching out to the company for an explanation, they dismissed my concerns, blaming me for agreeing to the cost. After consulting other plumbers, I found standard charges for the unclogging work in HDB units were under $250. I felt overcharged and dismissed by Ivory Plumbing and want others to be aware of their practices.

Hi, recently I paid $250 for a minor water leak even though initially they quoted $150 for immediate service and $50 if done on the following day. Now the water is still leaking. I called back and the receptionist asked me for a copy of my invoice and I whatsapped it. After about 3 weeks, I called back and she still ask me for my invoice which I no longer have it. She was extremely rude and kept ignoring me and kept asking for my invoice. She is one of the worst receptionist who can't listen or give a helping hand. Now I've no choice. If someone contacts me and assist me, I'll just let this go. Otherwise, I'll broadcast this incident in all platforms available, thanks
