Engaged the SE Air-conditioning for one specific problem and he quoted me for other service job. I queried him why additional charges and additional servicing required. He hesitated and then responded that this is the typical servicing job and started finding fault with the brand of the aircon I used. My aircon is 6 months and he exaggerated with non- existent problems. This man’s eyes kept roving my house and that’s really made me feel discomfort. If I have seen reviews from others, I’m will not engage their service. After my experience with this company, I would like to share my review as reference for others.

After a costly 75 dollar gas top-up, the air-conditional is still not cold.

Please avoid at all costs.Came late and vaccum the air con for normal cleaning, unscrew my toilet pipe and didnt place it back properly, spilled water and wet my classroom.It was terribly done and the air con didnt turn out any cooler than before.

Clean my air-con and spoil my celing. I want to post photos but unable to do that. I have call them, they spoil my thing if want to solve the issue want to charge me again.

Worst service, I ever seen in SG. I called this company to service my aircon and my aircon was working fine before their service. After this company guy finished service, my aircon stops working and green blinking light starts appearing. I asked this technician about this he said your aircon having problem and after service these aircon gets reset so cannot work. So now they are saying that all 3 aircon needs repair then only it can work. So pathetic and horrible company. Please avoid them.

We called to ask for cleaning, servicing, checking of aircon leakage and top up air coolant because the aircon is not cool. The aircon man came, with a vacuum cleaner, vaccum our 4 aircon units, then told us, he is done. We asked him, "why is the aircon leaking? How to resolve it?" He said, "you bought the cheapest Daikin aircon model, it will always leak, there is no solution to this problem." We also asked him where is the coolant and why he did not top up the coolant. He said, "we don't carry this Daikin model of coolant around with us all the time, so we don't have it." If he cannot help to service, check the aircon leakage and top up coolant, then why did he come in the first place? Just to be a MAID and clean our aircons? We have maids at home. Wasted our time!

The AC guy created lot of problem when they came home. Worst service done. They want to charge you for everything. And spoke really bad with my owner as well.

The worst of the worst. We never call them but was referred by their kaki Soon Huat Airconditioning Pte Ltd. Just vacuum flushing pipe cost $60, don't even bother to vacuum coil nor wipe down. Amazing how they can continue to operate.

"Tip top" service that it's NOT even worth a star...Just finished doing the service at my place.. My air-con not cold.. Ask to do overhaul to bring down the air-con for cleaning..But they charged $180 to do that... What the ....????? But we don't want and just asked him do a normal service... Not even 5min cleaning just vacuum like that only... And it was already done. Had to pay $40 for that lousy service... If just vacuum like that from outside no need to call them we can do it ourself... Such a waste... EXCELLENT!!!!! job u had done... Not gonna contact this company anymore.

You should avoid this company After serving 4 aircon's two of the aircon's started acting up. Had to argue with them to get them to come and have a look. Then they tell me that my aircon's need further repair. Why could they not tell me that when they looked at it the first time? Also they overcharged me for a gas top up....

Probsbly not even worth for a 1 star. Terrible service and scheduling, already late and waste others time waiting. Loud and unprofessional cleaning and always on phone talking Loud in other people's house. Service was way too careless and the chemical wash was not helpful at all. Stay away from them.

It was a terrible air-conditioning service experience. I had my air-corn normal washing with this company yesterday. But an unusual sounds happened that let me calling him next day. After explaining the situation and put my handphone few mini meters away from the air-corn , he requested me to send him a video via whatsapp and keep claiming that my air-corn is old enough to have a lot of problem. The video i took clearly played the unusual sound loudly but he did not reply at all after reading the message. So, it makes me to spend another SGD30 to invite other mechanician for trouble-shooting. It just took him few seconds and press the air-corn cover and the problem solved. What a simple mistake he made and being very unprofessional.

Before My Air-Con Cleaning Services with SE Aircon Engineering Pte. Ltd, My Air-Con work fine, after they left, one of my Unit couldn't switch on totally. I tried to contact, But no reply, never bothered to call back even msg was left. It seems like if everything is well, They took it as good business, but when somethings went wrong, they just refuse to pick up your call nether they will bothered to fix it back for you. Already File a Claim on this company.
