There was a ceiling leakage issue at my condo unit, and I contacted Cindy for assistance. She responded very promptly and arranged for a site inspection the very next day. Cindy was not only highly responsive, but also professional and experienced in diagnosing the issue. She quickly identified that the leakage was originating from the external facade/window area and advised me to consult the MCST for rectification instead. What I truly appreciated was her honesty and client-centric approach. Even though this was ultimately not a job she could earn from, she still took the time to assess the issue thoroughly and provide professional advice. Really appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity. Highly recommended.
