    Very friendly staff. Understand my needs and execute the repair well. The bottom soles came off so was stitched up.and glued. Accordingly it should last a long time. Warranty is given as well.

    Came here to fix my boots sole. Was attended by Andy Goh, he very professional given the 2 methods he can go about repairing and explaining its pros and cons. He also offered free polishing.     Bought my pair of Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 Sabot to a well-known retail service chain specialising in shoe repair and key duplication for repair but they’re not able to do due to their equipment limitation. So I headed over here and they’re able to fix my shoes by stitching. Reasonable price and turnaround time and the result was very good! 👍

    FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE I had a great experience at Shukey for key duplication. The service was excellent and very reasonably priced, which made it even better. The young gentleman who assisted me was kind, cheerful, and made the whole process pleasant. I was especially impressed by how fast everything was—I got two duplicated keys done in less than 5 minutes! Efficient, affordable, and friendly service all in one place. Highly recommended if you need keys duplicated quickly and hassle-free.

    Went to get my dress shoes re-soled, they did a decent job of that, but they also paited(yes painted not died) the front of my shoes. They paint job was done poorly and basically makes the shoes hideous. I will not be using their services again.

    A special thanks and shout out for Andy; the experienced specialist at Shukey @ Suntec Shopping Mall. He was relentless in numerous attempt to help us duplicate a custom key which other lock smiths had tried but fail to duplicate because of a unique grove which the typical cutters are unable to reach. He improvised and solve the problem for us. I will definitely go to him in the future to save time.
