Very good experience with Lucy and team, they are very experienced in moving vintage furniture, especially Mr Wang from her team. They are also very helpful in adjusting the furniture to my preferred positions and protected all glass items very well. Besides that they are also reasonably priced. To take note: Insist on cling wrapping on furnitures' legs and check all sides before moving, found some damages and stains on some furnitures but not very serious.

I had a terrible experience with Singhwa movers. I booked their service on carousell since 28 Oct for moving my house items to storfriendly today (22 Nov between 1-2pm) as I am doing a whole house renovation. I sent them a reminder the day before and they did not reply messages on whatsapp and carousell today, they missed the booking timing and when I called at 2.05pm, then I was informed by this lady on the line that there was an accident and the movers can't make it today at all and asked that I moved on another day. So your company don't have back-up drivers or lorries for emergency situation and no courtesy to inform the customer earlier. The house cleansing date for the renovation was fixed and I couldn't move on another day so I book their services so much in advance but to be let down on the day itself and after the timing for moving. If I didn't call after 2pm, they would have conveniently forgotten that there was a booking, they didn't try to help a single bit by trying to tie up with other moving companies to help me at all, just asked me to find another mover so last minute to do the moving. I had to scramble and find other movers and it started raining very heavily at 2 plus 3pm and it made finding movers more difficult and I was further held back. My items were eventually moved but they were all wet due to the rain. If Singhwa movers had kept to the timing, the moving would have avoided the rain and all. So I will definitely not recommend the service of Singhwa movers and if I could give 0 star, I would have done so. Very irresponsible and unprofessional moving company.

Efficient and reliable service, I did a move of a 3 bedder with them and it was done quickly and they were very thorough with protecting our belongings. I would definitely use their services again!

I would give 0 star if possible. Please do not hire this company! Called for free quotation, and scheduled between 6-7pm, Did not turn up, and no call or message from them after 7pm. Called and a lady named Lucy said postponed to 8.30pm and confirmed will come. Received a call from her at 8.10pm saying unable to make it as workers were too busy, asked to reschedule to next day between 5-6pm. Confirmed with her next day via WhatsApp at 3pm and stated confirmed will come before 6pm. AGAIN, no call and message from Lucy after 6pm. Called and message her several times with no response. Cannot imagine if I really hired them and everything gets delayed. Very unprofessional! Sing Hwa Co in charge, please comment if anything is wrong and advise regarding this incident. Thank you.
