Scam Warning . The lady quoted 60$ onwards on WhatsApp. The plumber came late, quoted 250$ and if not using services he was demanding 30$ for transport, to which I told him I was not informed . He started shouting and I had to ask him to leave . It is alarming to experience such fraud companies still surviving in Singapore

Very poor service experience. Despite providing all necessary details in advance and confirming an on-site survey appointment, their worker arrived 45 minutes late. My staff was present on-site to liaise, yet the worker claimed there was no one available to communicate with and refused to provide a quotation. Eventually, the office instructed the worker to leave the premises. Shockingly, the worker later called and scolded me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable — not only were they late and disorganized, but they also displayed extremely poor communication and were rude, behaving in a manner more akin to gangsters than service providers.

I believe this is also operating under the name of SC plumber since they share the same address. I had a choked toilet bowl and had them replaced it 3 months back. The plumber told me the blockage was caused by something in the valve but that has been removed. After installation, my toilet bowl leaks whenever I flush so the plumber had to return to fix it the next day. Fast forward to today, I asked the same plumber to come back to fix the blockage. He agreed and then went MIA. He won’t answer my calls or texts an I waited all day for him to come over. So now I’m stuck with a clogged toilet bowl for another day while I try to get another plumber to fix it. I will NOT recommend anyone to use their service.

DO NOT ENGAGE this plumbing company ever. Was cheated by their website which showed numerous good reviews. They did a bad job - changed my leaking bidet pipe which burst again just 3 days later. Informed them about it, and they wanted to quote me a high price to come and check, and still have the cheek to ask me to call another plumber instead if we dont want to engage them. unfortunately google doesnt allow 0 star, otherwise i wont even give them any star.

I may have just saved you time, money, energy, and effort by steering you away from engaging with this company. One of my clients enlisted their services, initially quoted $260 for various services. However, on the scheduled day, a representative from the company claimed that, upon assessing the issues, the cost should exceed $260. Specifically, a broken manhole cap was mentioned, with the worker insisting on a complete replacement instead of a more economical alternative. When questioned about the feasibility of using another cap, the worker adamantly denied the possibility. Subsequently, consulting another plumber revealed that the replacement job could be done for less than $50, whereas this company quoted $160. Further investigation into the worker's credentials uncovered that he was not a licensed plumber. Despite persistent inquiries about his licensure, he defensively evaded the question. Seeking assistance from the administration led to a situation mirroring the comments below, resulting in the termination of the deal. Notably, the plumber continued to assert his ten-year affiliation with the company. In the end, my house sought the services of another reputable plumber, successfully addressing the defects. Toilet bowl unable to flush. Lady on the phone quoted me $90+ to $100+ range, i provided my address for her to arrange the technician up. Technician quoted $250 on the spot just to replace the item which i strongly believe im being overcharge by alot?! As he saw that i was discussing with my mom on whether to proceed with it or not, he said "i can give discount" which he dropped from $250 to $220. Thinking that it was better than $250, we proceed with it but eventually decided not to and stop him at the doorstep and said we changed our mind, we can find another plumber instead and he dropped the price to $200. Haha says it all, if he did not overcharge by a whole lot, why hes able to drop the price by $50??. Face is black the whole time like we owed him something. At the end, transportation + check for $40.. beware!!! You can easily find someone else at carousell to get the job done at $95 with transport fee included. :) at most a range between $95-140? $250 is completely ridiculous. Checking service at carousell is only $20 btw lol. At a side note: i choose their service as i was urgent to get the toilet bowl fixed, only after i paid the $40 service charge then i realised they have lots of negative reviews.

APPALLING. Drain pipe was clogged and I called for help with ascertaining problem and clearing it. A guy came with a long plunger, spent 10mins on it and then left after charging $150. 3 days later SAME drain pipe and 2 others connected to it clogged and situation was much worse. When I called back, Jesse who answered the phone was completely unhelpful and told me that $150 is just to use plunger to "manual clear the clog" and that if other problems require a machine to clear they don't have that and can't help. Must be condo piping got problem. Fortunately I had the condo management standing right next to me and told her directly he checked and it was not a condo issue, and furthermore a proper professional plumber would have come with a machine or at least done mote diagnostics to check. Jesse had nothing to say except to repeat that they only do manual unclog with plunger for $150. Complete rip off, I feel totally scammed by this company. DO NOT ENGAGE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HIGHLY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED. Later I got some referrals of good plumbers who said it is normal to come with machine and that an hour of services with machine is about 150 to 160. I've also googled to see that the same plunger they used cost 20 bucks online.

Response time slow. Called @ 10 a.m., only available after 1.30 p.m. When the pumbler came in uniform of other construction company, I understand why the delay. Their plumber are not in-house plumber. Staff is rather rude, sounded if he is savior to the problem. The quote given was $100+ and any additional cost depend on the situation. Pipe still leaked after job done, needed to call again to verify the job, end up additional cost to replace tap onto of the plumbing job, from 3 days warranty to no warranty. Review not their website is not claimed as it's delivery. If given a choice, I will give no star. Service: Change water pipe.

I paid $350 to unclog the blockage in the pipe. They used a powered water jet to blow out the blockage. It took them 10mins to unblock the pipe under the floor. I will not call them again for future problems. They don't expect recurring business and I noticed that they have similar feedbacks on overcharging.

Saw them listed as 3 best sengkang website n closest to my house. In the end waited for 3 hours used vacuum to suck up, yes it must cost $180. I deserve it!!!

Worst experience ever. The plumber was very late, said to arrive at 3pm but no show and i had to message them then they tell me he will only be there at night. When he arrived, he said need to change p trap and charged us a hefty $150 just to change it and yes, we know they are overcharging! But we will so desperate and he's already here so we agreed. But that didn't solve the leak. The plumber came down the following day, yet again that didn't solved the issue. So we requested to change plumber and they did but that was of no help as well. We changed to another plumbing service eventually and fix the whole issue. All in all, don't waste your time and money on them! They overcharge people and their service was horrible.

Enquired about a leaking pipe and asked if it was possible for me to fix it myself since I do not know how serious the problem was, the person replied sarcastically and didn't even explain what the problem was. Very unprofessional and rude

I called them for toiler repair. The plumber checked and said that the valve is old and needs to be replaced. BUT said its not easily available so best to replace the whole toilet! Took SDG30 left...saying he will get quote for both replacement of part and new installation - after I followed up a few hours later I am given a quotation for SGD360 for part replacement and SGD430 for toilet replacement!!! Contacted alternate plumber and got the job done in SGD150!! Clearly the company only wants to make money by giving us impossible choices to choose from...very poor

I first called at 10am, they promised service at 1-2pm, I called at 12plus to ask for charges and confirm, they said ok. waited till 3pm and didn't show, and did not inform. I called to cancel. Each time I called, a different person answered the phone and I had to re-give details.

The worst plumbing company I ever counter. At first said change water tap leaking start from $30 onwards, depends on the structure and situation. Request their service to on site and help change the water tap. From 2pm wait till 6pm, end up told us that they only can use PUB water tap and charge us $130(without GST). Of course we do not want it as we already bought our own water tap and we just need people to change it only! And they still got the cheeks to told me have to pay $30 for transport fee. Hello in the first place do not state at all, if not i will not ask u just come and said hi. So I told the boss that I will not pay, you want you just change the water tap for us and we will pay you. And the boss told me off that no money don act. I was like what the hell I need to suffer all this! Please do not use lucky2 if you do not want to be the next victim.

Kitchen drainage pipe was clogged. Called urgently after 9pm and they despatched this experienced uncle plumber to resolve my clogged pipe. Despite my infrastructure he was able to drill a round hole through my cupboard so in the future I have clear unobstructed access to my drainage for future maintenance. Paid a bit more for after hours but got the job done to my satisfaction

I got them to fix a leaking tap. They were punctual and price was agreed upon before coming over. Advised me on my options before starting to work on the problem. Thumbs up to ah tan and team for the professional tips and wonderful experience
