I can’t recommend John and his team enough. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and always on schedule, making what could have been a stressful renovation feel incredibly smooth. What really stood out was that they didn’t just handle the renovation—they genuinely went above and beyond. They helped me source everything from glass panels and toilet bowls to bathroom accessories and plumbing fixtures, offering practical recommendations without ever feeling pushy or commercial. It honestly felt like they cared about getting the best outcome for my home, not just finishing a job. Their plumbing work was meticulous, and the attention to detail throughout the renovation gave me great peace of mind. Whenever I had questions or needed advice, John was always patient, helpful, and quick to respond. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly invested in making your renovation as seamless as possible, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John. Thank you for making the entire process so effortless!

Engaged Verve Plumbing to inspect and assess my toilet bowl leak. The technician arrived on time and was able to identify the root cause quickly. He then offered the options available to fix my issue and also highlighted the areas of consideration. Verve then followed up on the next steps promptly. Very satisfied with their service overall.

I had a great experience with Verve Plumbing, especially John and his team. They did an excellent job connecting the piping for my gas water heater, which required hacking work. The team was professional and skilled. They also went the extra mile by installing an additional bathroom accessory and touching up my cabinet with silicone to give it a clean, finished look. I really appreciated their willingness to help with these extra tasks without any fuss. Most importantly, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotations I received. The workmanship, professionalism, and value for money exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend John and his team at Verve Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality plumbing services. Thank you for the excellent work!
