My letterbox lock got jammed and I couldn’t open it. I did a search online and found Lewis from SJL Lock Solutions. Sent a WhatsApp and received a reply quickly. Managed to set an appointment for him to come down to replace my letterbox lock the next day. Lewis was responsive, punctual, and helpful throughout the process. He arrived early and replaced the lock in about 5-10 mins. He also gave some tips on how to maintain the lock and offered that I can call him if there are any further issues down the road. I highly recommend SJL Lock Solutions if you need help from any locksmiths.

My 3 year old had slam shut door and the lock got jammed. I found the contact online and called him. He understood the situation and rushed to our house within 15 mins. He got all the necessary tools and tried to open the lock with them but nothing worked. He broke the lock with our permission and helped to get our kid out of the room. He rushed to the shop to buy a new lock and placed the new lock. His help was timely and professional.

Highly recommend Lewis. We had an issue at home with someone stuck in the room due to a jammed lock. After a quick google search and a phone call, Lewis was at my place in less than 10 minutes. SLJ Lock Solutions (and Lewis specifically) are a rare gem in a marketplace of "unscrupulous" merchants, looking to exploit unknowledgeable customers at every opportunity to close a deal, at highest price quotation possible. Amongst all the door lock / handyman service providers i reached out to over WhatsApp asking for service quotation to drop by to assess /repair / replace my faulty door lock, Lewis stood out for being the ONLY merchant whom honestly /accurately assessed that mine is a minor door lock lever "misalignment" issue that can be easily fixed myself with his WhatsApp guidance, WITHOUT any need to activate locksmith / handyman which will incur UNNECESSARY ADDITIONAL costs (1) basic transport and workamanship, and /or (2) new door lock replacement. All other service providers do NOT even bother to assess the underlying root cause and conveniently quoted me (1) and (2) for the replacement of new door lock as the only solution. Some "unscrupulous" ones even quoted at sky-high prices ($100-$150 above typical market rates). Honest and ethical merchant are hard to come by these days. SLJ Lock Solutions (and Lewis specifically) deserve a shoutout. Im leaving a 5-star review here not as a new customer but returning "to-be" new customer in future. SLJ Lock Solutions (and Lewis specifically) are now my "go-to" lock solution provider.

Lewis customer service is excellent. When I enquire about his services and products, he was very transparent. Response was very fast in his reply. My door lock couldn't close properly so with the video I sent him, he was able to give a quick assessment. In fact, he even taught me to take precautionary steps for security reasons and told me regardless if I engage his services. Indeed I arrange for him to replace my door lock. He meticulous in his job and keep the job vwry neat. He certainly earned a 5 star rating from me.

Service was fast and efficient - I ran into an issue, contacted them via WhatsApp and someone responded and came down within half an hour. They were professional, efficient, and straightforward in discussing what was required (in my case, the HDB standard bathroom lock had to be replaced wholesale after it was detached from its original alignment and caught in the door latch). No fuss, no issues, highly recommended.
