Enquired via WhatsApp and replies were speedy. Staff were punctual for on-site measurement and for installation. Quality of gate and door are indeed solid. Even my renovation contractor is also impressed by the workmanship. Will recommend to others.

Glad to have engaged Solid Door Construction Pte Ltd to replace our existing toilet door. Five stars for the team members and their solid wood Nyatoh door. Sandy was patient and very prompt in her replies. Thanks to her excellent coordination work, the entire process went smoothly. Kelvin arrived punctually and was very precise in his door measuring. The new toilet door fits our existing door frame perfectly. Ah An is very experience and professional. His installation work was superb and fast. Last but not least, Ah Guan did a great job too in painting our new toilet door the same colour as our existing ones. Thanks Solid Door, for the great service and final product!

Door knob spoilt or needed refixing total X3 within 1year plus. Still need to pay if doorknob got problem to replace. Despite proper care and following their instruction , still experienced recurring problem with door knob being stuck into the wall slot or loose doorknob. Basically poor quality of the doorknob mechanism and bad workmanship. No service recovery , still expect you to pay to fix their own poor workmanship. Overall is a hassle and risk to hire them. You end up paying more , for poor workmanship and alot of trouble. Might as well go for other more premium service at the price & trouble you paying.

Five stars for the team! Joann made the booking process easy, and the measurement/installation team (Jiachen team) was professional and meticulous. The added touch of having a site supervisor inspect the work at the end shows their commitment to quality. Very happy with the results!

I moved house a few months ago and now that I've had sufficient time to experience the new house, I think it is fair for me to leave a review. The whole process was prompt. The doors were installed carefully and we were consulted before every installation. Fully satisfied. Thank you!

"I've installed Moskmesh screens in several of my rental properties. They elevate the look of the building, are very durable against tenant use, and the cost-saving from ordering directly from the manufacturer in China is significant. The sea freight option makes bulk orders economical. A great solution for landlords."

Terrible experience (poor attitude, did not know stock availability before asking me to choose - 2 times, kept hard selling other product which i had already clearly told her few times that i didnt want) by the chinese sales lady. Luckily did not buy from her and decided to buy from another company - which have all the products and colors that i wanted and also cheaper.

Awesome experience dealing with Solid Door team. Able to advise of what can/cannot be done from the get go, fabrication and delivery on time and good workmanship. Loving our new doors!

Requested for a quote. Notwithstanding them coming up with the highest price, I decided to go ahead since they have been quite responsive. When I asked them for an invoice to go ahead with the fabrication of the door, they actually asked for 100% upfront payment and claim it is company policy. All businesses I have dealt with will never ask for 100% upfront payment. At most it will be 50%. Their cost of producing the item is probably less than 50% of the price they are charging me. Don’t understand such ridiculous policy. They were rigid and refused to change that. Preferring to be cautious, I decided not to go ahead. It is probably not worth the risk.

Happy to share a good review of my bedroom door installed by Solid Door Construction. Kelvin was punctual for the day of measurement and very polite and helpful to suggest paint for the doorframe as well as the laminate choice for the arch fluted glass door. Especially pleased with how beautiful the door turned out and how matching the door is with my wardrobe carpentry! Also, the door was constructed and installed within an urgent deadline. Thank you for the understanding, great service and product ! 😊

Decided on them after reading positive reviews + it's near my house. Indeed didn't disappoint ! Sandy was very patient and knowledgeable, despite me taking very long to choose yet kept changing my choices. Very happy with the door and gate installation. Very professional and able to solve last min issues on the spot. The workers also came back the next day to rectify issues with the painting of the door frames. Thanks !
