   Astronomical pricing!!! paid $490 in total within a span of two months..Could have done the chemical wash at the first visit but they didn't check properly and ac leak within a month plus and told me to do chemical wash for two ac units instead of one..I always thought that Chemical wash is only when there is leakage..so only one ac unit leaking so why need to chemical was two?..I could have avoid paying for the ac maintenance of the fist time if they had done chemical was instead but no because by doing normal maintenance and then wait and see means milk more money..$165 for one unit is not inclusive of GST .Yup every AC service will tell u that they use high quality chemical solution so that your fan coil will not corrode..Heard this from many different Companies but this is the first one that I had to spend so much within two month just for ac servicing. Others are more honest to check and see if your AC needs Chemical wash or not on the first visit.. I bought the AC from them in 2020 and it's only been three years and best part they tell me they have no record of my purchase !!Ya , right, But can all me every one year to do servicing! No records but got my Contact how come ar? Glad I Kept the receipt..Keep telling me they will check, give them time..week after week no news until I have to find the receipt and oh and then start telling me long grandmother story and lots of excuses why they can;'t find my records..Blame ex colleague , blame the computer system ,blame every one and everything ..Yup, Your ex colleague fault, your computer system fault, Ya my fault!! You have no fault!! *Roll Eyes*
