Storefriendly damaged my items and as of the time of this posting, refuses to honour the insurance fee I paid for or take responsibility for it. There was an aircon leak in Feb - but they only told me about it in Jun. In Feb, they only told me that someone had spilled water outside my unit and that there was a puddle. I discovered this on 21 Jun. Since then, all I’ve gotten is “the management will get back to you”. It’s been over a month - clearly, there’s no intention to resolve this. I’ve since moved out. Understandable. Storefriendly doesn’t keep your items safe - which is the basic function of any storage service - even if you pay for their insurance. And yes, that is a Black Zarak box.

It is incredibly efficient to be able to check on physical stock, grab marketing materials, and then immediately head over to a desk to finish up administration, manage digital tasks, or take client meetings in the exact same building. I am having a really good experience here at Storefriendly Paya Lebar. I was assisted by Alex at the start to secure a unit here and he is really responsive and prompt. After moving in, all the staff here are really helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile. And they were very prompt to resolve issues. The location is also great and is walkable to malls and eating places.

Amazing team. Stellar. Takes pride in their work and literally the most efficient work I’ve witnessed. Service by Zack, Karthik, Wan, Siti. David the assistant sales manager is nothing short of efficient. I swear by this place. Literally everyone deserves a huge raise and I really hope they keep their staffs happy because I haven’t came across any establishment that has made hospitality so enjoyable throughout in a very long while. Thank you thank you and thank you!

I am very pleased with Storefriendly. From the start , the experience was highly pleasant and efficient. Nicholas walked me through the entire process and guideld me closely and selflessly. The team took the time to show us the place and two possible options for our storage needs. They were patient, knowledgeable and very helpful in answering our queries. Storefriendly Ubi - Self Storage I have completed more than 6 months rental. I would like to thanks Nicholas (Ubi) and Alex; their response always fast and helpful as well very patient. Must engaged their mover , price is reasonable and service men are professional and very careful lead by supervisor Mr liew. Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for storage space.

Alex Tok from Sales was the main reason my first storage rental experience turned out to be so smooth and stress-free. I came across Storefriendly online and received a very fast response to my enquiry. Alex took the time to listen and understand my needs. He was patient (especially for a fickle-minded person like me), never hard-sold anything, and instead recommended a unit that truly suited my situation. Even when I was enquiring without having all my details confirmed, he remained helpful and responsive throughout. After viewing 3 different branches and through Alex's recommendation, I eventually chose a unit at the Paya Lebar outlet, which turned out to be the perfect size and location for me. Apart from Alex, I would also like to recognize Baz and Andy, who were friendly and helpful. Together, they have all made the entire experience memorable and much less stressful. I would highly recommend reaching out to Alex if you are considering enquiring on a storage space.
