   I had been using their services in my previous apartment for about 2 years. A year after moving out, I suddenly started receiving messages about a “pending payment.” First, they claimed it was for a contract we never even signed. That was eventually sorted, but then they came back asking for a one‑time servicing fee — which I clearly remember paying, since it was the last servicing before handing the unit back to the owner. Now, more than a year later (Nov 2025), they are again chasing me for this same payment. If the amount was truly pending since March 2024, why didn’t they reach out at that time? Even banks only provide online statements for the past 6 months, yet they expect customers to dig up proof from nearly 1 year ago. This feels careless and unprofessional. Their delayed communication and repeated claims over already‑settled payments have caused unnecessary stress.

   The workmanship was not that great. Our aircon got leaked after their servicing and they can't fix it right away. We have to wait for couple days for them to come again.
