Of 44 written reviews, 20 say the problem was fixed, 8 say the team came quickly, 4 used the business again and 2 knew the price first. if you suffer from post reno ptsd like i do, perhaps you should reach out to Tricon Construction to make good the short comings of your sub-par contractor. they helped rectify the waterproofing mess that my prior contractor left us with. Crew was diligent and did their work well. quality materials, proper house keeping, adequate house protection. As I had some follow up questions after the job was done, Wei Jie very kindly arranged a follow up visit to assure my concerns. And this was AFTER the full payment was made. a rare gem in a market full of cheap but poor quality construction companies
Response from the business
Dear Kenneth Tan,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly glad we could help turn things around after such a stressful ordeal with your previous contractor.
Rectifying waterproofing issues requires not just technical know-how, but a genuine commitment to getting it right, and we're proud that our team was able to deliver that for you. It's wonderful to hear that the quality of workmanship, materials, and site care met your expectations.
We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to Wei Jie. Going the extra mile even after project completion is something we deeply believe in, and it's heartening to know that it made a difference to you.
We hope your home brings you peace and comfort for many years to come. Should you ever need us again, we're always here. 🙏

Took their epoxy grout service for my living, dining and toilet areas. Total amount spent about $2000
Grout lines already turn black less than 1 month after moving in.
Also left with unsightly marks along tile edges when work was finished.
*Edit*
Response was very quick after complaint and the affected areas were all redone. Been a week since rectification and looks a lot better now.
Response from the business

Dear Edwin Lim,
Thank you for updating your review — we truly appreciate you taking the time to do so.
We're glad to hear that our team was able to respond promptly and that the rectification work has made a visible difference. While we regret that the initial experience did not meet the standard you deserved, we are pleased that we had the opportunity to make it right.
We hope the epoxy grout continues to hold up well, and that your living, dining, and toilet areas bring you the satisfaction you were looking for from the start. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further concerns, we're always here to help.
Warm regards,

Dear Edwin Lim,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the unsatisfactory experience you have encountered with our epoxy grout service.
We are deeply concerned to learn that the grout lines have turned black within less than a month of completion, and that unsightly marks were left along the tile edges upon finishing the work. This clearly falls short of the high standards we strive to maintain, and we understand your disappointment.
Please be assured that our team will be in contact with you shortly to arrange for immediate rectification of these issues. We are committed to resolving this matter comprehensively and restoring your flooring to the quality you rightfully expected.
Providing the best quality service is always our utmost priority, and we take full responsibility for addressing these concerns. We value your feedback as it helps us improve our services and ensure such issues do not recur.
We appreciate your patience as we work to make this right, and we look forward to the opportunity to restore your confidence in our services.
Yours sincerely,
Triton Construction
