I first engaged United ACMV based on an acquaintance's recommendation to look into multiple issues that had plaguing my LG aircon - where it kept stalling, blowing hot air and leaking. I had been engaging another 3rd party aircon servicing contractor regularly, but have not been happy with their service as they never seemed to fix any of these issues and didn't seem thorough in checking and troubleshooting. So I was so glad when I contacted United ACMV and Stephanie was so patient, helpful and clear in helping diagnose my issue based on whatever information I could send to her. I appreciated her honesty and transparency in giving me good recommendations. Whereas my previous contractor had told me I needed to pay for an expensive test to check for gas leakage, Stephanie told me it wasn't always necessary and she will get her technicians to do an on-site check first before proceeding with such a test. And sure enough when they came, the test was not necessary to diagnose the issue! Similarly the technicians are all very professional and clear in explaining any issues to me. I find their rates very fair and reasonable and more importantly, the service level is outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough and I'm sure I'll be engaging for a very long time!

I had a fantastic experience with Stephanie and her team! My aircon broke down, and they responded quickly and professionally. Stephanie was efficient, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to ensure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find such reliable and courteous service these days — I’m really grateful and highly recommend her company to anyone looking for trustworthy aircon repair!

My aircon was not cold and after I contacted United ACMV Engineering, they sent down their technicians timely to do steam cleaning and the before and after results were surprisingly good! I am really glad the technicians were very professional at their job and that my aircon can now function perfectly with their help.

I’m so happy with their aircon servicing. My aircon coils were choked and were full of dust even though my last aircon servicing in July with another company, who only washed the filter and did a abit of cleaning which honestly, my hubby can do by himself. After inspection, United ACMV technicians recommended to do steam cleaning and servicing as my aircon units were really in bad shape. Now, both my aircon units are working perfectly fine! Thank you so much United ACMV! Really really appreciate your time and hardwork! ♥️
