I use their reliable machine for years....but now, having to know their spare parts r expensive @ Bosch. I will think twice now. And breaking down into every component to buy is also so expensive. Can't buy their assembled component !! 🙄 Will reconsider my nxt washer replacement n losing a loyal customer.... 🙂

Fridge front door suddenly started to peel off after 2 years of use. No chemicals ever used for cleaning. Called service centre for solution, was told that warranty expired and have to pay for troubleshoot visit $95, then pay another 75$ for get an estimate not including parts cost. Internet search shows that this is common problem that happens to Bosch fridges, they are just not doing well in Singapore humidity. They designed for dry climate clearly. I asked to waive at least troubleshoot fee as since is standard and well know issue, just do repair, replace a door or something. Service lady rejected any good will troubleshoot waiver since problem is clear, and insisted on sticking to their procedures and pay and wait and pay and wait. Dont be fooled by Bosch premium branding, fridges are made in Turkey, plastic coating started to peel off after warranty expires and to fix the problem you need to call tech to come 2 times, wait for the estimate, wait for the parts, wait for another visit and pay probably 10-20% price of the new fridge to replace the door. My previous Japanese brand fridges lived 10-15 years without any issues, only wipe the dust. German made in Turkey brand only promises but doesnt really deliver quality and good after sales support. this brand to be avoided.

should remove the ‘care’ from their name because they dont give a damn about customers. doesn’t offer any tangible solutions to your problems, makes excuses and just forces you to pay their service fee like a capitalistic, money-hungry corporation. even makes you pay for parking. also their vacuum SUCKS (and i’m not talking about the dust), worst customer ‘care’ center, will NEVER BUY BOSCH again.

Been using the Bosch washer dryer once a week. In ~1 year, the water valve is already broken and I need to pay $317 to replace it. DO NOT buy Bosch products. Horrible quality for a german brand.

Rea has been helpful and guided me with the troubleshooting of the washing machine. She went the extra mile by following up with me the outcome. Great service from her. Thank you!

Good customer service. However do take note that spare parts don't come with warranty. My advice is to open up your item to check for defects before leaving.

Excellent Long-Term Experience with Bosch Appliances - 5 Stars I've been a loyal Bosch customer for over 20 years, using their washers and dryers across different homes. Recently purchased my latest set through local retailer Goh Ah Bee for the best price. **Product Quality:** Bosch consistently delivers reliable, high-quality appliances that stand the test of time. Two decades of use speaks volumes about their durability and performance. **Extended Warranty Service:** Special mention to Ms. Rosenni who handled my extended warranty application efficiently. When there was a typo error on the warranty certificate, she resolved it quickly without any hassle. The extended warranty process was smooth and professional. **Technical Support:** Called for a Bosch technician to help install a component on my dryer. The technician was professional, polite, punctual, and even provided valuable maintenance tips. Excellent service quality. **Customer Service:** Getting through to the Bosch hotline is straightforward, and their email support is responsive. No long wait times or runaround. **Value Recommendation:** While Bosch appliances are in the premium price range, I highly recommend getting the extended warranty directly from Bosch. The peace of mind and quality service make it worthwhile. After 20+ years of satisfaction, I'll continue choosing Bosch for my home appliances. Reliable products backed by excellent customer service - what more can you ask for? Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality appliances with dependable after-sales support.

I brought the device on 28 Mar 2025 to replace the coupling. After waiting for almost 3 weeks I received Hari Raya Lighting wire. Please improve. 1 customer lost to your competitor. My pregnant wife is not please.

Very bad experience . Bought a handheld vacuum cleaner and the battery had to be replaced 3 times within a year . Each time they promise it won’t happen but problem still came back and the battery cannot be charged Same goes for my Bosch built in fridge at my condo, complained of low cooling power and the verdict came to be the entire cooling coil is spoiled and cannot be replaced. This just after just 6 years old fridge, Gave up and went for another brand Please Bosch , improve or else you can ship out of Singapore .

new fridge has a chemical smell - have to wait 8 days for a technician to come for a house visit. completely unacceptable - way too long a wait for a critical household appliance. meanwhile, my family has to inhale the leaking gas for 8 days. constance from call centre was polite - that is Bosch’s only saving grace. no bosch appliances ever again for me. update: they expedited appointment to 13/2 (2 days after calling) 👍

We bought the Bosch oven and the touch panel stopped working about 1 year. And this happened TWICE over TWO years. Unacceptable for a new oven. And it takes more than a month to ship the spare part from Germany. Never had this issue with the older model of Bosch oven over 10 years. Their touch panel is not well designed and/or manufactured. Highly not recommended.

Washing broke exactly 2 months after 2 year warranty. $150 just to get service person to check; parts are $400+. Washer is $2000+. It’s ridiculous when the average price of a washer of other brands is now $500.

If anyone considering of buying Bosch products, my advice is...think twice. I bought a vacuum battery, use less than 6 months and can't charge can't work anymore. Call them, they said no warranty for battery. So, that's to say, if I buy any spare parts from your company, must depends if my luck is good or bad. Will no longer buy any Bosch products anymore. So disappointed with their after sales service.

Bought the Bosch unlimited 7 vacuum cleaner and I have changed the batteries 4-5 times. Thankfully within warranty period but each change of battery lasts only one or two months. This is unacceptable cos it’s not considered as solving the problem by simply changing batteries. What happened when warranty is over ? And the battery is not cheap and hard to buy. Have to make order and wait to be shipped from overseas. This is unacceptable considering the many times I have travelled to repair shop and the stress of not being able to being able to use the vacuum my house.

The worst vacuum ever! Bought Unlimited 7 cordless vacuum from Gain City Sungei Kadut in June 2024. Battery was faulty less than a month later and had to be sent for servicing. According to the staff, the faulty battery had been replaced with a new one. Guess what? It is only end August 2024 now and battery is faulty again. Unbelievable. So, if you are thinking of getting a Bosch, think again.

Was there for vacuum faulty battery under warranty. The lady was pleasant and polite. Item went through some checking and did not take very long for them to provide replacement. All was smooth and it was a pleasant experience.

Don't buy bosch vacuum, the battery dead super quick, less than 3 years, and not way to get replace

As a new customer to Bosch, I was very hesitant to purchase the Unlimited 7 Vacuum due to the post sale reviews. However, the promotion was so good that I had to get it! 2 weeks after purchase, the battery became faulty. I could not charge it at all. We were honestly very disappointed with the product. 2 weeks life span?! Headed to service centre earlier and was served promptly by Jasmine. It was non peak and I didn't had to wait at all. Jasmine was very professional and asked all the right questions. I was told to wait 30 mins for the technician to do up a diagnostic test. While waiting, Jasmine kindly offered me a cup of water. Less than 15 mins, the technician came out to explain the situation, shared a care guide with me for the vacuum and proceeded with a brand new battery replacement. He tested it again to show me that it was in working condition. Very patient uncle. Overall, a great great post sales experience! I would recommend to go on weekday, before lunch!

We thought we procured a high quality product but in the end, not only did the product turn faulty within a year+, but also their customer service / post sales support has little to no empathy for their paying customers. Very disappointed with their post sales home appliance service team.

I had a great experience at the UnserHaus Experience Center this past weekend, all thanks to Lee Gek. She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to secure us a fantastic deal on our Bosch appliances. Highly recommend asking for Lee Gek if you visit!

poor service policy. Cannot even soeak to a Technician befire he comes down. Flat $150 for tech to come and even if not repairable or no spare parts, your $150 is gone!! Not reasonable pricing and support for loyal customers who chose to buy Bosch home appliances for their advertised quality n supposed good customer support!

Worst products and customer service experience ever! Apparently, there's a common manufacturing issue about the fridge that keep making a beeping sound. Twice, two service engineer came down in Nov & Dec and after diagnosis they mentioned the fridge needs to be replace with a new one from their end as the older batch fridge has these ongoing beeping issues. However nothing has been resolve even when i spoken to their customer service multiple times and no call back from their service engineer. Totally irresponsible and unempathetic customer service

Poor after sales service. Sent my vacuum for repair in Jun23 and Bosch said probably no spare parts so vacuum will be disposed of. 6 months later, got a surprise sms from them saying my product is ready for collection. Called the service hotline to confirm but the officer can only check that it is indeed a vacuum to be collected and couldnt answer queries whether it is repaired or whether any charges involved. I had to go down to service centre to collect. Went all the way down and found out that they did not repair the vacuum at all.The sms was just to inform me to collect so I can either dispose it myself or inform them to dispose for me. Not sure why this cant be done over a phone call? Its a waste of my time and money to travel down and the officer who was serving didn't even apologise when I explained the situation. Just asked me to confirm that they should dispose the vacuum. Terrible after sales, wont be getting bosch appliances again.

Make an appointment and all is good except the technician was not properly dressed. Updated: last time the washer was not down. It was the drainage problem. Reached to them again because error code shown. This time i think their service and attitude is improved. Re-rated to 5-star

Bosch Hotline support was great! Pei Wen was professional and helpful in scheduling an appointment. She was also on point in reviewing the information that I had provided so that it would be passed on to the technician. Great listening skills! We have been using Bosch washers and dryers for many years. Bosch appliances used to last 5 years or more with no problems. My previous and current washer and dryer encountered problems within the 2-year within warranty period which was easily resolved. Unfortunately, my washer is currently just out of warranty and a service call is $150 excluding parts. From my recent experience, I would recommend buying extended warranty from Bosch directly or with retailer if you intend to use the appliance beyond its original warranty period.

Dear Consumers GONE are the days where BOSCH is symbol of quality and service. I used to be a strong advocate of Bosch products but no more. If it last only 2 years, why bother that it is a BOSCH? I bought a cooker hob model PBD7331 (3 hobs) in April 2021 but only moved into my new home in July 2021. Since then, I had ONE of the cooker knob changed once as it malfunction, and the other are stiff. Spoke with the technician when I had the 1 repaired in Oct 2021 and was advised to change only when the other malfunctions. The cooker knob had been progressively getting stiffer and I thought I'd better to have it looked at. I called Bosch today (21 Jun 2023, 14 mths since I bought, 11 mths since i started using), I was advised that since it was out of the warranty period, there is a $125 service call fee and a $20+ spare parts cost. Tried to rationalise with them with proof of moving in date to my new home in July 2021 (hence technically still within 24 mths warranty), but no go; warranty starts on the day of DELIVERY. Hence be advised that my Bosch cooker hobs had only last less than 24 months. Lessons learnt: 1. Bosch is inflexible. Profit before customer care 2. Nowadays, product quality questionable. 3. If you still want to purchase a Bosch (wonder why?); make sure to schedule a call before warranty ends and insists on full part replacement for every item, no matter how small the defect. This way, your appliance may just last another 2 years.

Bosch has one of the poorest customer and after sales service. If you purchase a new development that comes with Bosch appliances, be be careful. In view of the delay in defect team rectification and renovation, I moved the washing machine to my current unit for use while awaiting the covid delay renovation and defect rectification. However, Bosch does not honour the appliance warranty and voided it stating that all checks have tobe the appliance physically in the development you purchase. When I buy Samsung and lg washing machine from any authorised dealer with own receipt, Samsung and lg would immediately send their technicians to review and do the necessary. They honour the warranty tagged to the electrical appliance , not to the premise. Even a demonstration of how to use the appliance will be provided to you at no cost and at your convenience. Secondly choose Bosch if you want a Bosch centric service rather than a consumer centric service, with all the Bosch ( washing machine, dryer, hood, oven, hob ) all included. No demonstration would be provided. It comes at a fee. If you choose to go to their non - existence experience centre, please do remember to email with no reply and to go there at their convenience. No consumer centric focused in their Providence of after sales service. Please choose the brand of appliance on its after sales care lest you will have to pay for your own technician and do your own trouble shooting with their provided manual.

I could not get stock for another brand for a washing machine so I thought to try Bosch. Bad decision. The machine was down within months and I was told it will take 2 weeks for parts to arrive. Turns out it took like 1-2 months before I have to call and asked them when can they fix it as I have been washing clothes with the coin-operated machines. Finally demanded for a loan unit and they came to remove my machine back to repair but damaged my Miele dryer water reservoir. Was told to go ahead to purchase the spare parts and to submit a claim thereafter. Sent them an email to claim and that was back in 6th Sep. Now it’s 14th Nov and nobody could get back to me as yet.
