Great experience with Heavenly Engineering again, this time went for chemical deep cleaning, great professional advise and thorough with their cleaning. Previously they fixed my aircon leakage and troubleshoot the underlying issue as well. Mostly importantly, their techicians are customer centric, being considerate of my newborn baby at home. Special thanks to Ken and Jian today :)

I am under contract with them for the last 1 year. They always push for chemical washing even though my air con is not so dirty. The last time that they came for servicing. They did not top up the air con gas. How i know? I ask for another opinion. Not recommended

Responsible aircon technicians. Had few properties under their management as they had won over our trust over the last few years. They had numerous teams under this company. Had never had any issues with any of their random team assigned.

Glad I chose Heavenly Aircon to install replacement for my home aircon. Kitt and Tun Tun is a fantastic team - efficient and competent. Impressed by their effort to clean the floor and paint touch up of the wall . Kudos to the company for such professional staff in Kitt and Tun Tun ! Very prompt service from a customer service officer MG. We requested for a service report as we needed the receipt for tenancy purpose. MG was able to trace the record immediately and send it to me almost immediately. Thanks much!

Installed 5 new air cons. Less than a year, the air cons started to give many problems. Installation was badly done and the air cons started to leak. Technicians started to push for chemical wash. Hello!!! Is it justifiable to have the chemical wash when the air cons are so new?? Engaged this company at your own risk. Bad sales staffs and dishonest company. Strongly do not recommend this company for any air con installations. Perhaps should have a change of company name it shouldn’t be heavenly at all!! It was really a nightmare.

The manager that was on duty (12.30 pm, 20 Oct 2022) refuse to take my request for the servicing since I only have 1 unit in my home (even though I am agreeable to paying extra for the transportation). He also refused to speak to me when requested. I will not be enquiring not recommending their services in the future.

Time has come for our regular quarterly aircon maintenance with Heavenly Engineering again on 27 Sep 2022! We’ve signed up a quarterly contract with them since 2019… This time, the technician team Jason and Leray did a very good and thorough job for the chemical wash for all our 4 aircon units plus gas topup besides the regular checks etc…. We had a few chemical wash by them throughout the years and no team has done a more thorough job like them before! They took their time to make sure each unit is properly and thoroughly cleaned. Really appreciate their hard work as they even show us the before and after wash/clean condition of all 4 units unlike the previous teams whom serviced our quarterly maintenance so far… Hope Heavenly can have more of such technicians that are efficient and thorough with their checks/work! We’re very impressed and satisfied with their professional and excellent services! Keep up the good work Jason & Leray! Thank you again!

I signed an annual contract because he is so customer focused, responsive to all our needs and questions, considerate and takes great care of our home. I highly recommend Seng for your needs. Perfect work. Had an emergency case and was told by my ex technician that they couldn’t get a new aircon set as it’s sold out in sg. Called them through a friend referral, and knowing the emergency I’m facing, they arrange for this to be done for me the next day. They fix the problem in the most professional way possible

Heavenly Engineering is very prompt and punctual on their service. The booking was a swift with just one call. Technicians came on time and set everything up diligently. They cleaned up without any dust trace that I need to clear thereafter. They clearly made known to me professionally on whats the issue with my aircon. There was no rush during the servicing and the technicians are all very polite. I will definitely continue engaging them for my aircon servicing because of all the points i mentioned above, their price is also very reasonable and affordable. Thanks for the good service rendered!

As I was referred by a friend to the company, therefore I decided to try out their services and I’ll recommend to anybody out there who wants to clean or service their air con as well. Shout out to Beng & team for being professional, friendly and share valuable tips after every service. I found my living room aircon dripping water when it’s on even though it wasn’t utilise daily and it’s relatively new. The advice they provided totally resolved the issue. (Google search finding did not help). Glad I gave heavenly a try (2nd servicing on contract), definitely trusting them for future maintenance.

Signed a quarterly contract for 5 units yesterday. The technician was very professional and provide outstanding service. Fast and efficient too. My ac is clean and very cold after the service! Highly recommended.

Very rude customer service from the phone line Chinese lady receptionist who book and confirm appointment. Please train your staff properly to speak politely and not shout over the phone and scold customers, she is not working at a fish market, have some basic manners. Malay lady receptionist is fine.

As we can see from all the feedback below, I think their "Professional" is an issue. I brought an Aircon service package from them recently, and just after their service, the aircon water drips out whenever I switch on my aircon. I called their company and their technician came to check and say no problem found. However water still drips whenever I switched on my aircon (which is not normal). I have no choice but to call for their help again. This time, their boss named TY TEO happened to speak to me. I feedback to him on the water dripping issue but end up he shouted at me and start using *Vulgar language* on me.. I'm feel insults and asked him why he shouted and talk in this manner? He angrily told me water dripping is not their issues and why should he solve our water dripping issue when it's not their problem...? An extremely arrangont boss with hot temper. If a company leader has such behavior, can't imagine how they will provide Quality service to you, be it professional level. I will definitely NOT recommend to anyone for thier business.

Was recommended this aircon company by my neighbour, very good service and very affordable at $18 per unit! The technician are all very professional and they did exactly what is supposed to be done and even more which i am so greatful. Very satisfy their great service!

Slow and unresponsive customer service. With every call I made to them, the staff either said they would get back to me (and then didn't), said another staff would get back to me (who also didn't) or made me repeat my request for a quotation to the different people who picked up my calls. The operation manager who goes by TY said they cannot do a chemical wash for my aircon system after I had reached out to the aircon manufacturer to repair it first, even though Heavenly Engineering had earlier quoted me $400 for a chemical wash per aircon unit. Furthermore, I had originally reached out to them to request for aircon repairs as well. But Heavenly sent us a service guy instead of a repair technician without telling us first (we had been under the impression we would be sent a technician). The lack of communication from Heavenly wasted our time. What little communication there was from Heavenly was also a terrible experience. TY really liked to yell, and he hung up on our call. You can confirm this with another Google review that mentioned TY as well. One more thing: customer service doesn't like giving a straight answer. I requested for a one time chemical wash. Twice they wanted to quote me for yearly servicing instead. ???? This is the first and last time I'll be engaging them. Not recommended.
