Requested for waterproofing solution to seal a gap in wall partition that leads to washing machine drainage flooding into kitchen floor, which did not improve despite using chemical agents. Was advised that the root cause may be blockage of drainage pipe due to overflow, and that sealing the gap with waterproofing or silicone does not solve the problem and is not a good solution. The advice provided was to contact a plumber instead. Plumber verified there was blockage of the drainage pipe. Issue was successfully resolved after the blockage was cleared by plumber. No waterproofing was required. Thank you Hansel for your honest analysis to provide the most appropriate solution to fix the root cause, even though it did not translate to business for the company. Hope this review more than makes up for it!

The company provide thoughtful solutions to waterproofing and reworking on floor tiles without major hacking on the floor (unlike HIP projects). Craftsmanship on retitling floor tiles was excellent and professional. As my case is quite bad and required replacing some of the tiles, the whole process of retiling and waterproofing takes 2 to 3 days, which is of minimum disruption to working office adults. I used to work in PUB projects on major treatment plants and experience first hand what professional waterproofing is like. They are definitely one of those professionals and take pride on their work! Well done and super highly recommended!

HDB HIP program for senior old folk house with water testing failed. Hansel, the boss, came down personally to settle the waterproofing issues for tiles and sealant. His professional advice and assistance was really appreciated. The elderly senior got some heart issue and cannot tolerate HDB proposal to hack toilet for 10 days. Needed no hacking, no mess, no noise and zero fuss and which was all provided by his service. The toilet were done and completed about 4 hours. HDB water test cleared. Thank you so much.

Had microscopic leak from toilet to below unit and HDB grant is to restore to original via hacking etc taking 3 to 4 days. This will destroy the whole toilet design. VH provides a hackless solution with minor repair to the floor trap and chemically treat the whole toilet floor. No hacking and completed in 3hrs! Perfect for those redesigned toilet and fengshui taboo for South located toilet in 2026. Professionally done with excellent service from Hansel Kum. Though it cost more than what HDB offers it is definitely worth the spend for the speed and effectiveness.

The team was very professional. Immediately could identify the reason for the leak. Job was arranged quickly and the works completed within hours. The boss (Hansel) is very knowledgeable and very patient when explaining the issue. Not to mention that they are confident enough to offer a warranty period. Would recommend to anyone that needs to fix any water leaks. Great job!

I contacted Hansel to resolve a leaking issue without hacking any tiles, and he managed to arrange an appointment for the very next day. The entire experience from diagnosing the problem to identifying the root cause was smooth and professional. The repair was completed in about 2.5 hours. Hansel also took the time to explain common toilet leakage problems and shared insights from his extensive experience working in many homes. I’m glad to finally have this recurring issue, which resurfaced after a year, properly addressed with a solution that will hopefully last. A big thank you as well to his worker, who did an excellent job despite the hot and humid afternoon. Overall, a very positive experience.

Very professional and works are clean. No hacking required at all, meaning only half day leave I took. Highly recommend if you are looking for non hacking solution. They even speak to HDB for us to make sure the HIP water ponding is done correctly to avoid false result. 🙏

Very good experience from the team starting from enquiry to execution and completion of works. Boss himself and team provided information on through the process and what to expect. Happy to have found a solution that does not require invasive procedures to my floor and walls as they are newly renovated. Will be looking forward to reduced moisture level in adjacent wall impacted by leaking.
