I hope my experience was unique, but the other users should be aware. Using their online booking system, and AFTER deposit has been made, there is no confirmation of said appointment. Had to email them only to find out there is no such appointment in their system after 10 email exchanges. What about the deposit? There is no offer to refund. Feels like a scam, I hope it’s just incompetence. But other users should be aware before handing over their money for deposit. They will disclaim any knowledge nor responsibility after receiving your money.

Get the company info from Google search , called up and get quick reply. If not for the raining, the deliver of treadmill would done on next day. The team was very helpful , friendly and patient. prices was reasonable too. Very happy with the service provided. Would not hesitate to engage them again for future. Highly recommended !!!

My chairs are still waiting for them to pick up. Irresponsible and dishonest movers. Do not hire them. Hotline is fake nobody picks up. Engaged them to move and dispose furniture. They loaded everything except my dining chairs which were supposed to be disposed. After we realised the mistake, spoke to movers, they said will come back for it the next day. CS gave me $10 discount and apologised on WhatsApp. Paid the rest of the deposit and they did not come back. Contacted CS and they insisted on me paying for a separate disposal order. I was charged $50 for chair disposal, got back $10 as an apology, which means I overpaid $40 for nothing. Also, They have no plans to collect the chairs to make up for their mistake, instead they want to charge me $50 again to recover from their mistake. Make it make sense?

I hired Weload.sg to disassemble, move, and reassemble my bed frame and mattress. I was told they would use cling wrap for the mattress during transportation, but unfortunately, they didn’t. Instead, they dragged my bare mattress across the floors and lift. It’s common sense not to do that, but apparently, they lacked it. The movers were sweating, and guess what? My unwrapped mattress became the perfect towel to absorb it. Their customer service is a joke. No matter when you call, it’s always 'high call volume.' When I asked for a quotation, they replied within minutes. But when I raised my concerns, it took days, and I’m still waiting for a response. I sent an email, and it’s been nearly a month with no reply. NEVER HIRE THEM

Found out about Weload on Carousell, service has been prompt and efficient thus far. The team was professional and quick to respond. I arranged for the delivery and despite me not being around at the pick up or destination, the team helped me to ensure that the bed was delivered and even went the extra mile to help my mother to ensure that the frame is in working condition. Thank you! Will definitely engage Weload again. Highly recommend their services :)

Engaged their service to pick up a wardrobe, and was served by Fairos and Raja, both tirelessly moved the very heavy wardrobe despite the difficult access to the lift and ensured everything was OK before leaving the place. Delivery was done within the 3 hour slot I picked. Thank you for the tremendous effort Fairos and Raja!

Arranged to have a dishwasher picked up & dropped of. They picked up and dropped off in the time frame specified. Dishwasher was wrapped in saran wrap. To keep prices low, they batch jobs together so you won't get your item immediately after pickup. Booked 2 days ahead. I would book again because they are reliable and inexpensive..

WORST THING YOU COULD EVER EXPERIENCE IN LIFE . Arranged for a delivery from seller house as a buyer as I was purchasing a sofa . Sofa was great and almost perfect at seller’s house when I went to view it , but it was at a beggar stage when it arranged at my house . All torn and reared . Wouldn’t blame it on the seller, therefore share the cost with seller and had to let a used to be wonderful sofa go thanks to WELOAD . Tried to contact the company yet no reply and no interest to give an answer to resolve anything.

AVOID AT ALL COST Worst moving company ever with the worst customer service with 0 intentions to settle the issues. Engaged them to move 5 bulky items from block to block & they stained my new vinyl flooring. Managed to wipe it off so i closed 1 eye. Second time was the worst moving experience that anyone could have faced. Enagaged them to move a bulky massage chair from my place to my parent’s place. Received a call from my mum that the massage chair was damaged because they tried to squeeze it in. Driver even mentioned that he will send back the massage chair & refund the delivery fee to me after my mum got upset that they spoilt the massage chair????? Whats the point? The worst nightmare is actually dealing with the management’s ZERO interest to fix the issue. Pictures speaks a thousand words.

Update (Mar 2024): The mover did not seem to take good care of the item during transit, resulting in a dent that affects the item value. WeLoad asked me to submit a case via email so that they may respond in 3-5 working days. It has been 10 working days and I still have not heard back (after sending in a reminder). Service might have been good some year ago. It has a lot of room for improvement now (this is the second time my item was damaged). Past review: What I like about WeLoad.sg is their professionalism, helpfulness and very easy to use booking system! Everything went great and I will use their service again. Thanks!!

Zero trust and reliability. Their people simply dont turn up and they refund you your money, heck care if you have been inconvenienced and need things to be moved by the contracted time and date. Nasty piece of business this company.

I could not wish for a better mover. Already home moving can be stressful. Worrying about keeping furniture in good state, ease of arranging schedules, removing old furniture/boxes. Fortunately, Weload made it seamless. Responsiveness on WA is solid, easy to reschedule, movers were professional and price was well worth. 100% would recommend!

Found weload on Google and I must say they're reasonably priced IF you have more things to move - discounts with more items. It includes 2 helpers and complimentary wrapping of items such as your furniture etc. The guys were also very fast and quick in uploading and delivering the items/boxes. Though I must say it looked very scary when one of them carried a big and heavy box all by himself when it usually is a 2 men weight 😰. Other than that a '+' point is that we could book same day delivery so no stress in setting a time and not being able to make it in the end. Service response on WhatsApp was also quick to provide a quote. Will likely be using their services again!

Excellent experience with Weload! Despite a long and rough day with bad weather and issues with deliveries prior to mine, the driver and his movers still showed up very polite and cheerful. I appreciate Weload's staff keeping me informed of delays which allowed me to run errands in the meantime. I recommend their service and would engage again in the future.

Ordered a pick-up and deliver service 1+ week in advance. Pick-up time was booked for between 1pm to 4pm. Called the driver a few times to ask what time they are reaching but they can't confirm. Texted their official WeLoad.SG whatsapp no and was linked to another operation lady who asked me to wait till 5pm or so. I waited. No show at 5pm, no show at 530pm. Called the lady and her feedback was that it was raining and they were stuck at another location, she can't do anything about it and even asked me to wait until 6pm or so. At this point, I chose to cancel the service. My experience is that this is a VERY UNRELIABLE and LOUSY service! Operational-wise, no contingency provided, NO SERVICE RECOVERY and as a customer, imagine you have waited since 1pm for a simple pick-up and your time is wasted. The only good thing is that they said they have processed my refund request. I had to re-schedule with another moving company, who gave the same rates AND WAS ON TIME to pick-up and deliver my item.

Booked Weload one week from my moving date with a scheduled time of 9am to 12pm. On the moving day, they contacted us around 11am that they are having lorry problems and we need to wait for them to get sorted out. On 12.40, they offered to change the delivery dates, which is absurd because this means we have to reapply for moving in and out permit. No resolution from their side aside from offering a refund. I ended up having to find and book a new moving company on the day itself and explaining the situation to both property managers to modify the permits. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this "moving" company.

Engaged Weload to dispose a treadmill. Company took efforts to explain a change in agreed timing. During the actual move, movers took extra care not to knock the treadmill on the main door and not to leave any scratches. Appreciate the attention to details. Not to mention they are most value for money after comparing a few quotes.

Absolutely horrid service. Cancelled on me TWICE which meant I had to take leave twice and wasted my time. No form of service recovery whatsoever. And then they disappeared from the face of the earth. Cowards. WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN SINGAPORE.

Extremely unprofessional service and mishandled a very expensive piece of furniture! We hired movers from Weload to move a lamp consisting of a marble block at the base, which was too heavy for us to carry without risking damage (68kg). When booking, we even overestimated the weight of the piece to 80kg to make sure they understood the scope of the job. Of course, any ethical company which doesn’t think they can handle it will say that it’s outside of their abilities to move. Weload however said yes :) The marble piece was broken horrendously during delivery, as it was not wrapped well to begin with and was only carried by one of the delivery people (on his shoulder???) while the other person was just standing on the side. Not only did the piece break, there is now also a dent in the staircase outside of our unit. No formal apology or compensation has been given by Weload. The delivery team (whom we still paid for the delivery as they insisted it’s not for them to solve..) told us to contact customer support who never got back to us. Phone lines are always busy and we have no answer until now. The value of the marble block (not the entire lamp, just to replace the broken block) is SGD 1830. While the piece was delivered we cannot use it in its current state as the cracks run deep through the marble and this is not just surface damage. We insist on acknowledgment, apology & compensation from Weload as this is unacceptable customer service, and unacceptable not to respond to a complaint about damaging personal property.

Professional movers. Picked up and delivered a heavy 2.6m italian leather sofa and had to navigate tight corners but got the job done. For this job, the price is reasonable even after the final quote with excess and i felt they deserved a tip on top of the fees.

Return user who hires weload for delivery for donations, usually without need for assembly/dismantling. Prices are upfront and independent of distance. This time, the team is responsive, professional and experienced! Mover also called ahead for pick up and was responsive to share estimated time of delivery.
