We have engaged Winborne Waterproofing in Feb 2026 during HDB HIP in our block. Responsive with all my queries. They solved the water leak at our master bedroom toilet within half a day and it saved us from hacking. Highly recommended, will surely engage them again in case I will encounter water leak. 👍🏻

Hassan and his team were very experienced and professional when they came to my place to conduct a check. They were not pushy to get us to sign up. The two guys who came to do the waterproofing for us went all out to help us and wait for the new toilet bowl to be delivered when they could have ended work earlier. We were glad to have engaged Winborne to help solve our waterproofing issue. Hope my water leakage problem will be solved once and for all.

Very poor customer relation. They are engaged by HDB and do not keep active communication with the HDB officer in charge. They will make you repeat the entire process of confirming with their service even though you have already agreed to proceed with the service. Very inflexible and poor comprehension of their service staff. Also, observing from their responses to the Google reviews, it is all very defensive and shows little to no empathy to the affected users like us. Similar to my experience through the WhatsApp conversation with their liaison.

I recently engaged Winborne to do a flood infusion treatment my bathroom as it was leaking into my neighbours’s ceiling. The work is good and the service before and after the treatment was excellent. I highly recommend their service if you are experiencing waterproofing issues.

Negative experience. Chemical flooding into our ceilings

It’s a scam solution that doesn’t work. All the chemicals seeped through and flooded our unit below after they flooded upstairs bathrooms. We will file a lawsuit against them for causing damages to our unit, if there’s anyone else out there with similar damages please contact me for a class action suit

Windborne was a godsend. When our neighbor below complained of severe leaking, we contacted Winborne through a referral. Their specialist arrived, was warm and friendly, and assured us that we'll be in good hands. The treatment was fast at about four hours, a short time considering the alternative of uprooting our bathroom and the nightmare logistics which we'd have to go through. Our bathroom looked clean and untouched after the treatment, which speaks volumes about their meticulous care and professionalism. We highly recommend Windborne for all your non-destructive waterproofing needs!

Winborne was very professional and prompt in their service and support. We approached Winborne to explore bathroom waterproofing alternatives which did not require hacking. Hasan and Pamela were very expedient and patient in responding to our questions, and offered a lot of helpful guidance and advice. The Winborne staff who carried out the waterproofing works were also very helpful and attentive to details. The entire experience was very seamless and the no hacking solution proved to be very hassle and stress free.

Am very happy with the service and quality workmanship of Winborne, as recommended by the HDB officer assigned to our ceiling leakage issues at Marine Terrace. Their "Flood Infusion Treatment with Permeate Seal" over the toilet floor area of our upstairs neighbour proved effective and the leaks to our unit stopped a few days after treatment. We chose to wait about 7 weeks before they returned for their ceiling patchup and painting works and we were impressed with the results! I am especially grateful to their efficient office admin, head William for the very good service response and especially their workers. I must highlight Muksud who did his daylong ceiling paintwork with finesse and efficiency. He made sure he did a good job and we were delighted with his work. Despite asking for full payment before the job began which initially took me aback, after doing my own due diligence comparing pricing and quotes from others, we went back to them because their pricing was extremely competitive and was actually the cheapest. So hope this review can guide the next home owner in your selection of a water proofing specialist to solve your water leakage problems. What you want after all the quotes, payment and signing - is a quality workmanship and their people on the ground are really good in what they do, and also very humble and friendly guys! Our toilet was leaking downstairs and failed the HDB waterproofing test. HDB recommended contacting Winborne, as we didn't want to hack the floor.. Thank you Ms. Pamela for your quick response and providing all the necessary information for all the appointments arrangements. Thank you Mr. William Quek came to inspect the problem and explained their solution very clearly. Mr. M Mintu did an excellent job. He was very professional and skilled. He was very thorough and kept us updated on progress and suggestions. Thank you. Highly recommended to anyone needing waterproofing services.
