We could not be happier with our new window blinds! From the very beginning, the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. A special shoutout to Chloe from the office. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the process. We had a last-minute change to our order, and she went the extra mile to accommodate our request without any hassle. Her excellent customer service really gave us peace of mind. A huge thank you as well to the installation team. They worked tirelessly from about 10am to 3pm to complete the installation, and their dedication really showed. They were professional, meticulous, and made sure every blind was installed perfectly while keeping the place clean and tidy. It is not often you come across a team that delivers such great service from sales to installation. Thank you to Chloe and the installation crew for making the entire experience so seamless. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality window blinds and outstanding customer service!

Good and speedy installation. good quality. The technicians should explain better, due to a protuding 5mm gap on the bottom portion, the installation from the bottom to the ziptrack ceiling is not 90 degrees angle but slightly slunted. This could be resolved by putting a spacer on the top rather slant the whole installation to the ziptrack mounts. Otherwise its perfect. 9/10

Terrible experience with this company with super unresponsive staff, JJ. Paid deposit for 2 sets of sliding glass with JJ Glass/Smart Renovation last year in Sep to lock the price and only requested for them to come measure after reno is completed in Dec. JJ went MIA after measurement and we had to chase till cows come home to get an update on installation date as he refused to reply/pick up our calls as he was on holiday and no one can cover for him. Eventually, someone from WSS planned for installation of 2 sets of sliding glass on 1 afternoon slot but eventually took 4 trips to complete because they took super long to figure out how to install, did not install them correctly, and have to travel to and fro due to missing parts. Material and workmanship was not that great for the price we paid and they damaged our tiles and skirting. We gave up with them eventually as it was very difficult communicating with them to get a solution out of it. Purchase at your own risk. The two in one mesh + blind had met the needs of not wanting a curtain. The mesh is effectively block off any inserts to fly in windows . The blind gives the total black out effect that not just block off the light but also the noise . Special thanks to Staff Yan Yin who provides excellent customer service . The only potential disadvantage from the system is not easy to be cleaned or can’t be clean . Time will tell how lasting is the cost effective of the mesh + blind system . Otherwise, this the most affordable system when I compare with others .

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The workmanship was damn poor and came up with excuses as if we would simply accept them. Appointment timings were not honoured and left us waiting at home for nothing. My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews here beforehand; it could have saved us a great deal of frustration and stress. Even now, looking at their product in my home is a constant reminder of this disappointing experience. As others have mentioned, engage this company at your own risk!

Recently had my toilet door installed and overall I’m quite satisfied with the outcome. I especially love that they offer a golden colour option, which was something I couldn’t really find from other vendors I enquired with. The material used feels good and sturdy, and the finished look matches my expectations well. Chloe was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Price-wise, it was comparable to the other vendors I checked with, so I felt it was reasonable for the quality provided. Recommended!

Measurement took less than 5 minutes and installation took less than 10 minutes, yet they were late for both appointments. For the measurement, I was informed it would be done in the morning, but there was no update until 1pm. I had to WhatsApp to check, which was very frustrating. The installation appointment was also late, with a delay of more than 2 hours. This has been a very bad experience for me as a new customer. I will not engage their service again. I would advise others to engage them at your own risk, unless you are very free and able to wait at home the whole day without any proper update.

Just installed a slide & open door from WSS Windows & Doors for my HDB 5 rooms flat . Kitchen entrance from dining area ( whenever the aircon is switched on ) . The job was carried out by 2 workers, very professional, meticulous & patiently done . Strongly recommend to all when needs arises . WSS Windows & Doors .

Contacted them via WhatsApp, and instead of a quote their Sale Rep followed up with screenshots of my query, which is a repetition. Had to press further, and got a voice message in Mandarin. So, he is lackadaisical with sales opportunities and doesn't converse in English despite having an English name and Came to check the reviews and the negative comments here show that you should have no confidence in them.
