Had my windows, grilles and toilet doors installed by Yiki Door and Renovation, and everything turned out perfect! The workmanship was really good and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional and friendly — they made sure everything was done nicely before leaving. Super happy with the result and definitely recommend them! 👏🏻👏🏻 👇👇 This is a follow-up review after the installation. It has been some time since my doors and windows were installed, but I was really happy that the salesman still took the initiative to check in and ask if everything was working well or if we had encountered any problems. Honestly, I didn’t expect them to follow up again after the installation was completed. Most companies would probably just disappear after receiving the payment, so I really appreciate this kind of after-sales service. So far, everything has been working well and I’m satisfied with both the product and the installation. The fact that they still care about the customer even after so much time has passed definitely gave me more confidence in choosing them. 👍 Really appreciate the team for the good service and follow-up!

Few years ago I had them do my master room partition with glass doors, the job was quite good except that the latch wasn’t fixed properly and it moves around when closing and opening the door. I didn’t asked them to come back to fix because I was too busy. This time round I wanted to ask them to do other partitions, and I messaged for a quotation twice but there were no replies at all. The number is working because they asked me for measurements but when I replied they just ghosted me, even after I asked a second time. I thought the company has closed down but I came to google and found that they are still operating. However their response is zero! Dun wan to do my business also at least give a reply.

Very disappointing experience. After paying the deposit, I tried to follow up regarding the next steps but received no reply or update. I also tried calling, but no one answered. What is particularly disappointing is that the service has not even started yet, but there are already communication and follow-up issues immediately after the deposit was made. I have been waiting for a few days without any response. The service before confirmation was good, but after the deposit was made, the customer service and follow-up became very disappointing.

Lousy customer service rep after 1 year if you have issue with main gate colour disfiguration was told to buy spray paint do it yourself and manager doesn't pick up the phone only Whatsapp in mandarin doesn't understand basic English. Pls take note.

Devin was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, working closely within our budget to get things done. We initially expected the project to take 6 weeks, but the team managed to complete everything in just 2 weeks — a pleasant surprise. We also had a great experience with the Yikdoors contractors, Non Tao and Lalin. They proactively suggested removing the skirtings that were obstructing the door closure. When we later noticed the doors and knobs were a bit wobbly, they came back within 4 hours to sort it out. Overall, a smooth and responsive experience — highly recommend!

I recently had my toilet door installed, and I'm thrilled with the result. The entire process, from dismantling the old door to installing the new one, took a mere 30 minutes. The installer did a fantastic job, working efficiently alone. The door now glides smoothly to the side. It's worth mentioning that the door was fabricated two weeks prior to the installation date.

I recently hired Yi Ki Door to do up my Kitchen Door. I have a lot of good things to say, 1) The sales man Anderson was very patient and detailed in his explanation. His aura was good for a sales man, not pushy, honest and humble. The way he explained the limitations was also nicely done. 2) Their door was really affordable. Others quoted me really expensive ones, the kind where your wallet can tear. So i am thankful for that. 3) The door is classy and i like that it can be opened both ways, make it easy for me to clean both sides. 4) The waiting process was good, no disturbance for confirmation like some company. I did my part and survey before deciding. (Kiasu of course) 5) The workers who came did a good job in installing. My Kitchen feels like a world on its own now with the njce sliding frosted door. Thank you Anderson for working with us. 🤩Sure to recommend.

Buy at your risk as after sales services is lousy to max…your what apps chat is as lousy as the door quality..lack of reply and no solution ….so do not act like you care and trying to make people think that way ….explain to me how can a door purchased less than 2 year and no stock of lousy quality door lock …your whole company go MIA with no answer

Customer service is bad. All I get a reply is “ Hi boss , I will follow up about this to our office boss.” The next day, “Hi boss , I will follow up again about this to our office boss.” On the 3rd day, “ Will follow up on office already boss. we will update you as soon as possible. Thank you” when will it ever happen? This is so irresponsible. The bathroom glass door was indeed good and pretty, but the handle doesn’t work after a year and keep getting loose. And now it can’t even close the door, not to mention to lock. Now my guests can’t even use this door due to privacy. This cause us so much inconvenience. Update: I have all along sent you this same video that I posted here, and after your response here, I have seen no reply from your side. So irresponsible. Do not act like you didn’t know us and want us to contact you again. 👎
