Excellent and Reliable Moving Service I engaged Yong Shen Movers for multiple services throughout my home renovation journey — moving out before the renovation, storage, and moving everything back after the renovation. They were consistently efficient, careful, and professional throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was how well they protected and handled my furniture and belongings during every move. Everything was properly wrapped and secured, giving me great peace of mind that my items were in safe hands. Their team was also responsive, hardworking, and well-organised, making what could have been a very stressful process much smoother. I truly appreciate their reliability and the care they put into every move. Highly recommended Yong Shen Movers for anyone looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and professional moving team. Definitely a great choice for renovation-related moves and storage!

I've used Yongshen services a few times already (5 times and more), and honestly, at this point, I don't even bother getting quotes from other companies anymore. Moving house can be really stressful but Yongshen made the whole process so smooth and hassle-free!!! I just know that I can count on them to take care of my things during the move. I had a fantastic experience with Yong Shen Movers today. My item was extremely heavy (solid marble table) and other moving companies rejected the job, but Yong Shen handled it confidently and professionally. Special thanks to Jack, who kept me updated on his location the entire time. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring — especially for a complicated move. The team arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and handled my furniture with great care. I’m very grateful for their reliability and willingness to take on a challenging move. Highly recommended for anyone needing strong, experienced, and trustworthy movers. 🙌

I have just used Yong Shen movers today for a move from Tanah Merah to Kembangan. Im still impressed with their service !! Consistently good since I first started using them in 2015. Over the last 10 years , I have used them 4 or 5 times and I must say their service standards are still impeccable. They are punctual , fast and efficient. They work as a team, which is the reason why they are able to complete the job efficiently. Keep up the good work , I will need to use your services again in a year's time.

Very poor experience. I contacted Yong Shen Movers and sent them a few photos of my items. Instead of doing a proper site visit like the other two companies I spoke to (“Move Move Movers” and “Movestation”), they simply threw out an estimate that was almost double the other quotations I received. When I mentioned the cheaper quotes, they immediately cancelled the site assessment and replied with a generic message about “quality and professionalism,” which honestly did not match the service I experienced. No effort to understand my move, no willingness to assess properly, and extremely overpriced for a quote based only on photos. Compared to other movers who actually took the time to come down and evaluate, Yong Shen Movers felt careless, unhelpful, and totally uninterested in providing a fair and realistic quote. Definitely not a company I would recommend.
