We engaged Zera Builders to do a complete renovation of our Restaurant space due to last minute emergency from our appointed ID that he had to pull out of the project. We had an expectation on the outcome and Zera Builders exceeded that above and beyond. The team works with a solution mindset and had a solution whenever we ran in to any obstacles. Honestly, we were amazed with the end result and kudos to the team for delivering very professional service. We will engage them for all future projects due to their professionalism and reasonable cost.

I highly recommend zera builders pte ltd for their professionalism, quick communication, execution, skill, and affordable pricing! I am very impressed with this company, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. They executed on the plan with very little oversight in a couple of days. They were also frankly the most responsive of all the companies we contacted, and their PM Mr. Alex was great in communication and skills. Along the way, they also did some minor repairs – very helpful.
