1. Delayed pickup for 2 hours and was only updated last minute 2.Known that a fish tank needed to be moved but ended up saying they could not carry it (details and pictures already sent to them prior) 3.Cracked and damaged the fish tank before leaving it at the pickup point, did not move the tank at all

After contacting a number of movers, I finally decided on Zhi Cheng Movers because they were the cheapest and all my questions were promptly answered by Allen. I have no regrets! They were on time n had the furniture all skillfully wrapped for protection. Liang and his assistant were also very friendly, ernest and professional. I will definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to engage them again should i need a mover in future.

Firstly, i appreciate that they told us in advance that they will be coming late for our moving out day. But what i can't accept is that i requested a 14ft lorry, but they came with a 10ft lorry and expect us to pay extra more because they had to make 2 trips. They confirmed with us with quoatation for a 14ft lorry beforehand, but a 10ft lorry came instead. Wasted alot of our time. Plus i also requested for disposal, shown pictures in advance also. But they decided they don't want to take some of my items for disposal. They could have just be honest and told us they can't dispose some of our items when they gave us the quotations. I would have engaged a different disposal company. But still got the cheek to charge me additional cost for disposal. End up i paid extras for both disposal and moving. Not recommeded at all. Now i have to search for a disposal company to dispose the items that they don't want to take. Haiz.

This is simply the WORST moving company ever. I really don’t know how they handle furniture. But they have managed to break off two legs of one of my bookshelves, one leg completely broken from my study table, and leave lots of scratch marks and dents on my coffee table. And all these are hard and sturdy SOLID WOOD furniture by the way. I only found out after the move because i was too pre-occupied with the rest of the moving, they didnt bother to even be apologetic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY QUOTE YOU.
