They can be incredibly nice at the beginning, but once problems keep surfacing, they start acting as though the customer is the one being difficult simply for asking them to rectify the issues. Seriously, who enjoys having contractors coming in and out of their home repeatedly? It’s a major hassle and a huge inconvenience. And don’t assume you’re protected just because everything is in black and white in a written contract. They can still twist the facts, even when the terms are clearly stated. One may not read English well, but instead of checking the meaning properly, she rely on their own interpretation and argue endlessly. She seems to think that speaking louder and faster means she’s right. In the end, they simply ignore and avoid! Whatever warranty promised is useless, went to their showroom is closed or moved? with no updated address or contact information available online. Regret terribly!

DO NOT trust what they promise. We engage them 2.5 years ago, now one of our Zip Track motor give way, they claim that the warranty is 2 years only, blocking our number, not taking responsibility.

Advertisement on Facebook. They quoted $120 psf. When I clarify if that means 600 sqft will cost $72,000, they delete my question. Start on the wrong footing. This sounds very fishy
