Aardwolf Pestkare provides very good and professional service. I want to specially thank Mr Ramzan, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in checking the affected areas. He explained the termite issue clearly and gave helpful advice on the treatment and prevention methods. i recently engaged Aardwolf Pestkare to replace a previous pest control company that i had used for some time. I am pleased that i switched to Aardwolf Pestkare for pest control services. From the first contact with Aardwolf, i could tell there was a positive qualitative difference in the service level from them - Jou Heng on the office/admin front was very professional, patient and responsive and the technician Boon San did an excellent and thorough job. Boon San also answered all my questions knowledgeably, patiently and courteously. I was also pleasantly surprised that Aardwolf's service level includes a follow up appointment in case of residual issues. Keep up the good work Aardwolf!

Excellent service from Nazreen! He was extremely thorough, detailed and professional throughout the entire pest control treatment. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond what was required. He took the extra time and effort to properly seal up the drainage areas for me to help prevent future pest issues, which I really appreciated. Nazreen was meticulous, knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in doing his job well. He didn’t simply complete the treatment and leave — he made sure everything was properly checked and addressed. I genuinely feel that my home is in very good hands with Nazreen checking on my flat, and that gives me great peace of mind.

Had a serious rodent issue at our supermarket for quite some time—those fellows were acting like they paying rent already 😅 But the team from Aardwolf Pestkare came in and settled everything properly. What really impressed me was their dedication. These guys made multiple late-night visits, sacrificing their rest just to make sure the job was done right without disrupting our operations. Rain or shine, they show up and deliver. Honestly, they are a nice, funny, vibrant and super cheerful team—but the moment it’s time to work, all switch to “Super mode” straight. Different level of focus and execution, no joke. They don’t just do surface work, they go all out to find the root cause and fix it properly. Excellent service and follow-up. After the 6-month package, house totally cockroach-free within this 2nd visit. Previously, due to another tenant my house had many small cockroaches especially hiding in hidden areas. After Aardwolf Pestkare visits and advice, I can declare my house to be pest-free. Highly recommended. I would like to commend Muzee, Fiz, Zaidi and Shazwan who had been providing the service at my house the past 6 months and being patient despite some hiccups on my side. Engaged ant treatment services and having Shaiful’s service has been a great help! 👍🏻 Other than the treatment, he took time to share with me tips and facts about ants from his experience. He was patient with my concerns and questions which I really appreciated. I felt assured to have him apply his knowledge in customising the treatment plan (I.e. when to use bait or spray). He also went the extra mile to treat the booklice in my drain. Administrative/sales staff who helped with my booking were also prompt with their responses!

Absolutely outstanding service from the team , Alvin and Kelvin was hands on and very proactive, they survey our area and find the problems and implement all solutions immediately to help solve our housefly issue. despite being late at night they came after shop closing time to help rectify the issue , after the implementation of the new measures housefly issue has been greatly reduce. Although it’s our job to sealed out any door gaps, they went the extra mile to purchase necessary door gap seals to help us seal our door gaps to prevent any housefly intrusion. Solid effort by them! They deserve to be recognised for their efforts! Well done 👍

I would recommend Aardwolf Pestkare anytime! And Willa, the staff member who responded to my query, is the best! In September, I left a query with 4 different pest control companies seeking help for a pest in my apartment. For a few weeks I had many red beetles in my apartment. When I reached out to the pest control companies, Aardwolf Pestkare impressed me for the following reasons. FIrst, it had a comprehensive list of pests that needed remving, and beetles as among them. Of the four companies to which I sent a query, only Aardwolf and one other had this listing. Second, Aardwolf responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. The others were not impressive: one which was also the pest control for my company asked for a picture of the beetle and after that, it was radio silence; one replied so late that my problem was already resolved. The last company identified the same problem as Aardwolf but told me they could fumigate my apartment for $350. Third, Aardwolf's team genuinely cares for the customer. Willa not only identified my problem, and gave me a solution (told me what to look for in my pantry and advised me to remove the source of food and the beetles will be gone). Willa also helpfully texted me literature of the beetle. A week later, after I had resolved the problem, I asked WIlla if I needed to fumigate. I was told to monitor for a few weeks and to reach out if the problem persisted. This is compared to the other company who simply quoted me a price to fumigate. I was educated on the beetles by Aardwolf Pestkare. What delightful service. I have now shared my experience with many friends, and I will gladly turn to Aardwolf if I needed pest care, and will tell my friends to do the same. Thank you Aardwolf Pestkare, especially Willa.

I have engaged Aardwolf Pestkare due to ant issue at home. Assigned technician Amyrul is very professional and friendly. He inspected the kitchen and service yard area thoroughly and provided very clear updates. The same applies in the follow up visit. Today was our first service with Aardwolf Pestkare. The supervisor Mr Alvin is very good! After inspection he found one of our drainage got quite a lot of leaves inside blocking the water flowing out of the house smoothly. The mosquitoes can breed in the water. This was mentioned by our previous petrol control personnel before but he didn’t do anything. For so many years no other pest control service ever opened this drainage before. As the cover was a bit stuck over the years it took some time for Mr Alvin to open. He cleared all the leaves and put the chemicals to prevent the mosquito breeding. Mr Alvin and his colleague inspected the whole area carefully and did a wonderful job. The price is also fair and not higher than others. Strongly recommend this company!

We never regret engaging Aardwolf Pestkare for the condominium we managed. They are very professional and meticulous in their inspection. The photo and video report supporting their service show that they look thoroughly at all the areas in the estate. They even check sprinkler pump room tank. It's been a harrowing journey in the last 6 months - from discovering the termite infestation, to trying home-based methods of killing termites such as dusting powder, to removing destroyed wooden cupboards - only to realize that the termites have ravaged another nearby cupboard, to finally the hundreds of alates swarming inside our house every few days and trying to kill them (what a mess). To be honest, it was a complete nightmare for my family & I. Trying out different methods to get rid of the termites but to no avail, and a worsening situation. Safe to say I have a fear of termites now. I am really really grateful to Aardwolf Pestkare, and the senior technicians Samad and Ramzan, for their attentive care and support these last few months. After the first swarm of alates, we reached our breaking point and decided to engage pest control. Aardwolf was able to schedule an appointment (props to Suhaili) within a few days, to come down and do a thorough scan (using infrared technology and traditional eye checks). Samad & Ramzan were able to pinpoint the locations of termites and recommend a treatment solution catered to our house. They applied baiting treatment and followed up with us every 2 weeks (1st follow-up was 1 week after initial treatment), and also made a final check after no termites were spotted to ensure a total eradication of the nest. Throughout the whole process, they were very patient to answer our many questions, and assured us of the progress during/after each follow-up. Each appointment was not rushed, and checking of termite spots and application of the baiting treatment was done carefully. As of today, the termite infestation has been eradicated and hopefully there will be no new infestations. Would recommend anyone with a termite infestation problem to immediately contact AardWolf. Their prices may be a little higher than the market average but personally to my family & I it was well-worth every cent. I don't usually write reviews on Google but this is the first time I am gladly writing one. Will continue to work with AardWolf for future scans every few months to ensure no termite infestation occurs again (or to ensure early spotting and immediate treatment). Hope this review helps anyone who is considering AardWolf!

Taufiq Suhadi was highly detailed and skilled at diagnosing the cockroach infestation and the locations where they hid - within the warranty period, Taufiq’s treatment was able to drastically reduce the appearance of cockroaches. He was also mindful of the two children’s bedrooms and gave advice on what we could do, and tailored his treatment for cockroach elimination accordingly. Many thanks to Taufiq for such a remarkable result in a short timeframe! I had made a few queries and decided to try Aardwolf Pestkare as my firm was using them for pest control. Instead of other big pest control company whom only suggested spraying and fumigation and charges more, they came and tangled the problematic areas and got to the root of the problem. They are patient, knowledgeable and very prompt in replying. I am extremely satisfied with the pest control service provided by Technician Helmi. He was meticulous, patient, and thorough in his inspection of my kitchen, leaving no corner unchecked, he has also gone through to seal all the gaps and corners he could find. His expertise went beyond just inspection, as he also provided valuable advice on Pest Control Management. He has also provided all the information he could to assist so that I could report and liaise with my town council. His professionalism and dedication to his work are truly commendable. He has an amazing attitude and was always friendly and polite and he had never failed to provide me with a through report and pictures at the end of each visit. I highly recommend this service to anyone seeking reliable and effective pest control solutions. Also, fantastic work to Aardwolf Pestkare team as none of them had disappointed me.
