   My daughter’s home in Sengkang was recently overrun with baby roaches. We called Ardent, and after an excellent first session, my daughter signed up for a 6-service package. By the third visit, the problem was completely under control!Our technician, Mohammad Shari, was an absolute expert. He educated us on how to identify different roaches and lizards, where they come from, and how to stop them from entering during different seasons. Thanks to his advice, we are much more vigilant, and our home is now completely pest-free. Huge thanks to Ardent and the team!

   I completely echo the comments here. Big props to Timothy The sales person — he came to my house for a quick review at no cost and gave me good tips to prevent pests. His energy was friendly, professional, honest with zero upselling tactics / pressure which I absolutely hate. I’ve contacted some other pest companies and you felt they just wanted to push a package on you right away without considering if it helps your situation …. The visit was prompt and smooth. Overall the pricing is very reasonable. They only visited today so hopefully the pests won’t be back 🙏

   A client of mine recommended Ardent Pest. I spoke with Timothy regarding our recent termite infestation, and he was patient, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He also understood the urgency of the situation and promptly arranged an inspection for the very next day. Sharil was assigned to inspect our premises, and he was equally impressive. He clearly explained the equipment he would be using and carried out a thorough and detailed inspection. He answered all our questions patiently, demonstrating both professionalism and strong expertise. He is truly an asset to the company. Overall, I highly recommend Ardent Pest for their excellent service. I will definitely be referring them to friends.

   I suspected that there is a termite issue with my main HDB door and contacted Ardent Pest Management. Timothy asked to share photos of my door with the suspected termite frass. After reviewing, he deduced that it is likely a termite issue and called to explain what kind of termite it is likely to be, how they likely enter and how long the termites might have been there. In comparison to the other pest control company which I had contacted previously, Timothy was patient, detailed and explained very clearly what is the best course of action for me to take. I highly recommend Ardent Pest Management to anyone seeking pest control advice.

    I contacted Timothy in the morning regarding a termite problem. He was very responsive and came by in the afternoon for a site assessment. After checking the affected area, he explained that the termites could be inside the wooden the wooden door and provide few options which best is to get the whole door replaced. Since it required a full replacement, I couldn’t proceed with his service. Still, Timothy was very helpful—he gave me useful tips on how to prevent future termite issues and didn’t charge anything for the visit. Really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!

    I am giving my highest rating to Timothy. He heard of my drywood termites issue and spent time sharing solutions over the phone.     TL,DR - I highly recommend Ardent Pest Control should you, unfortunately, have issues with hateful pests. Fortunately, Ardent Pest Control can help! Highly recommended! The very long post: I was desperate. It was a tiring 3 weeks or so of handling pests and I couldn’t take it anymore as despite best efforts that we tried, the pests were persistent and harmed my loved ones. I cried a lot… never cried this much in a long while. I was past breaking point… gathering pieces of me to deal with the problem… it was a desperate time. I had contacted a few pest control companies (which I shan’t name) but they were quite dismal in their customer service and prices quoted were shockingly expensive! In another desperate attempt, I searched and contacted Ardent Pest Control and bless me - Timothy picked up my call even though it was a public holiday. I was surprised and relieved! He spoke to me at length and was so friendly, so comforting, so knowledgeable, so helpful, so empathetic… I’m a person who cannot bottle emotions up and I need to talk! I need answers to my questions. Timothy allowed me to talk at length and he provided kind responses to my questions. I was impressed by his patience and kindness. He was so pleasant and empathetic. He went out of his way to provide immediate assistance which I was and still am grateful for! He quoted a reasonable price and was clear and upfront! Technician, Sharil, was most accommodating. Again, as a talker, I needed to talk and ask questions! He allowed me to ask him questions and he was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient! I appreciated greatly such compassion, support and empathy shown to me in the face of the situation that I was experiencing. After the first treatment, things looked up a little bit but there was still issues. Pests were still alive. Second treatment was prompt and Timothy and Sharil worked to suit our schedule too. They were very accommodating and understanding. Big thank you! Throughout, Timothy was most generous with his time and attention. He was responsive and supportive whenever I reached out to him with questions or to seek further help and clarification. He was so patient which I fully appreciated! He provided solutions to help solve the outstanding issue. Within the warranty period, as we were still (unfortunately) having issues… (so long drawn and exhausting… IKR) Timothy arranged third treatment and handy Sharil was once again helpful and thorough! Having done the third treatment, we are very hopeful that it’ll be a full stop to this horrid and hateful situation and that it’ll be behind us… and things will now be “rainbows and unicorns” from here on. 10+ great points: 1) responsive 2) accommodating 3) reliable 4) reasonable pricing 5) thorough service 6) supportive customer service 7) pleasant service 8) knowledgeable 9) empathetic and patient 10) professional and yet, approachable Ardent is lucky to have Timothy and Sharil and we, as customers, are fortunate to be served so well by such great staff.     Called Ardent in as we had rat infestation that will not go away even with other pest control companies. By the 3rd week, there was no more rat sightings at all. Price was reasonable, service was great, and follow-up sessions were punctual. All sessions were recorded, with photos taken. Would highly recommend.
