Engaged Abana to do disinfection service post COVID. Staff was really responsive on chat while working out dates to proceed. Had to change the scheduled day because of unforeseen changes. They were glad to help and was super understand. Onsite staff was very friendly and went an extra mile to sanitize the inside of the cupboard and even the strollers parked outside flat before he left.

Asyraf and Danesh (apologies if I spelt the name wrong) were punctual and gave us very detailed instructions on what to do after the disinfection. Bryan was very helpful and responded quite quickly to our enquiries.

Thanks for the fast response. Called at 7pm and at 11am the next day, the decontamination was done. Mike did an excellent job. Systematic, reassuring, and patient. He tells me what is next and always see that I, an elderly, have a place to settle down when he's performing his task. Thanks again from a satisfied customer. 👍

The service and response was superb from the get go- they promptly arranged for disinfection of my place within hours. The staff who showed up was professional and took time to explain the whole process. We were very satisfied with how clean the whole house felt after. When an issue cropped up after the service, they took responsibility immediately and took the initiative to solve the issue at their cost even though it was not entirely their fault. A door had been auto locked and the keys were in the room. Bryan took the initiative to arrange for a locksmith without us requesting one. It was clear that they were a business with strong moral ethos and we would recommend them with no hesitation!

Engaged Abana to disinfect my house. My experience with them was truly pleasant from start to end. Mike/Bryan was very responsive and patience in answering my endless questions. Though they are not the cheapest quotes but with the excellent customer service and extensive work done, it is worth paying for. A big thanks to Asyraf and Joash for cleaning up my house. They are friendly and experienced. They explained the process clearly before the work starts and also did a walk-through with me after the work ended. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service. Great job, guys!!👍

Me & my hub was C+ & during our self isolation we decided to search for disinfectant company for our house once we are C-. We chance upon Ababa Management (Havana) as we heard one of my friend sharing the website. So we decided to engage the crews to help with the disinfectant for the safety of our family. The appt was done today and the crews were very friendly & helpful. Even Bryan who liaised with me via whatsapp was helpful & giving me lots of info to my queries.
