I have engage Ace Awning twice since 4 years ago with my previous property. I deal with both Shawn and Derrick for different properties. They are very professional and their service team is also very prompt and responsive. In my first property, after 2 years, when there were minor seepage due to wear and tear, they will deploy their team team to resolve my issue promptly without any additional charges, despite it was due to wear and tear. In my recent 2ned property, we engage them again for our entire level 1 to 4 balconies and backyard, their team once again proven their quality of work and my family was impressed with their service level and will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

Five years after installing my awnings with Ace Awnings, I am still very happy with the quality and reliability of their work. Their after-sales service remains responsive and professional, which is something I truly appreciate. It's rare to find a company that continues to support its customers long after the installation is completed. I would strongly recommend Ace Awnings to anyone considering awning installation.

Engaged Shawn & his team for my outdoor awning. All I can say is superb quality and workmanship. Shawn was also extremely responsive and professional from the start till the end. On top of that, he provided me advice and rectified other problems that other vendors failed to do so. Cheers! EDIT: 1 year later, he even came back to help rectify other roofing issues that were caused by a different vendor. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and didn’t hesitate to lend a hand even though the problems weren’t his responsibility. Based on my experience, I find it hard to believe the negative review(s). They don’t reflect the professionalism and integrity I’ve personally experienced. I would encourage others to read the detailed 5-star reviews—they’re much more consistent with the honest, reliable service I received. Highly recommended!

Was looking to replace my ageing and leaking Polycarbonate roofing at my open Terrace. Search ChatGPT for Polycarbonate Roofing contractors and found several names in the list, with Ace Awning appearing amongst the top of the list. Called 3 contractors, one didn't follow-up with my call and the other was less price competitive compared to Ace Awning. Did a Google Review search on Ace Awning and found favourable to good reviews. Hence decided to proceed with Ace Awning. My interactions with all the staff, from pre-sales (Ah San aka Shawn), site visit and order confirmation with Derrick and actual installation work by 3 S Asian workers were most pleasant and straightforward. Installation was done according and completed slightly earlier than scheduled. Installed about 2 weeks ago and had witnessed the new Polycarbonate Roofing subjected to 2 sessions of heavy rain. I am amazed !! ... totally zero water leakage (keeping my fingers crossed this will be for a long time 😁). In summary, I had a competitively price offer from Ace Awning, smooth and easy communications with all the staff that I interacted with. Job was completed on schedule and the Roofing was well installed. Will not hesitate to go back to Ace Awning for my future Roofing needs. Thanks to all at Ace Awning for my wonderful experience!! ✔️✔️✔️💯

I felt compelled to give a review given how good Ace Awnings has been in building my house awning. They were professional right from the start, quoted very competitively, and delivered on the product. Not to mention being very helpful when I had anciliary questions even when it wasnt directly about their product. Also they offered to touchup my awning paint when it was scratched by another contractor, and were very nice about it. 5 stars for them!

Engaged Ace awnings to help install an extension to my awning and a support bar for zip blinds. Derrick and his team were excellent! Thanks Derrick and Ace awnings!

Highly recommend this company. I worked with Derrick and his team of three led by Mim to construct an awning roof for my small backyard. Derrick was friendly, approachable and upfront about what could and could not be done. Every step of the process, from the onsite vist, quotation, setting a date to the construction itself was well executed and communicated by Derrick. The construction itself took 2 days and was done well. Mim and his team did a good and thorough job, cleared up well afterwards, and visited almost immediately when I called them about what seemed to be a small crack in the roof but turned out to be a superficial scratch. Price wise, Ace Awning is more affordable than another contractor I contacted. They also did not require a reposit. It's been 2 months since the roof went up -- so far so good, no leaking or other problems.

I had an excellent experience with ACE Awnings from start to finish. From the very beginning, the service was top-notch, and I was impressed with how competitive their pricing was compared to other companies I had looked into. I have gotten a few quotes when I planned to replace the old awnings at my place. Though Ace Awning was not the lowest quote that I received, I was impressed by the professional handling of my enquiries by Shawn and Derrick. An amazingly thoughtful and accommodating company. I engaged ACE on a complicated project to replace an existing awning structure. Upon inspection, Derrick walked me through various options and recommended an idea that I had not considered, and one that ended up saving me about 50% of the projected cost. The result of the work was first class, and the communication throughout the project was seamless. I would not hesitate to give ACE my highest recommendation for honesty, communication, and most importantly, results.

I contacted Shawn Lu recently after browsing the internet for awning and shelter vendors. After discussing with him regarding the construction of a new composite shelter to replace my existing retractable awnings, I have to admit that I have been very impressed with his patience, courtesy, dedication and keen follow-up to my enquiry. I needed to replace my retractable awnings to save the hassle of having to extend the retractable awnings each time when it rains and then having to wait for it to dry before I can retract it back. Furthermore the aluminum composite covers should shield and deflect some heat from the scorching sunlight in the day. He provided me with one of the most competitive quotes and his team of highly professional and skilled workmen were very responsible and careful to carry out the works safely to completion. Overall I have been very pleased with the high quality and fine finishes. Despite there were some minor leakages when it rain, his team was very prompt to get back over to overcome the issues. To me if anyone who wish or intend to have similar work done to their homes, it's absolutely worth the while to contact Shawn and then you analyze and decide for yourself if he's really the trusted and reliable vendor to work with ultimately. Admittedly being an overly careful person like myself, it took me quite a while to be won over by Shawn and his great team's great job. Many thanks Shawn.
