Thanks to coldway team who was quick for response and got me an immediate slot to fix my Aircon and also Technician Jeff who came. Technician Jeff is very friendly and easy going. He diagnosed and explained thoroughly to me the possible issues with my Aircon with professionalism and patience. More importantly, he solve the issues with my aircon and I am very grateful that I can continue to enjoy using the Aircon.

Overpriced! The services are heavily overpriced. Do check with other individual repairmen before agreeing to their prices. They charged me 330 for something that only costed 150.

I have used SoCool for many years. Recently I needed to service my leaking air cond unit. The usual technician couldn’t make it at the last minute, but I couldn’t wait another week, and the company got a replacement to come within a few hours. Excellent service as usual. The technician Calvin was very efficient and professional, knowledgeable, thorough and got the job done very quickly. He was very helpful, recommended dry cleaning the exterior of the compressor and even advised monitoring the coolness as he suspected the gas valve may develop a leak. I was impressed with his safety awareness, as he meticulously put on and secured a complicated body harness even though there was a railing and large enough space for him to work on. Many thanks and appreciation!
