We had an agreement to come at 3pm for servicing. At 6pm I called the person to ask why he didn’t come. He started scolding and claimed that I didn’t not confirm the service. He went on to laugh at me while on the phone to his other colleagues. Acting like he owns the company not a care about the company’s customers. Business must be very good. As a business owner we just want to keep a trustworthy business partner we can just keep calling when there is an issue. But the arrogance and cockiness I experienced is enough to keep me away. Continue like this and there will be no one left. Be grateful to your existing customers.

Made an appointment the night before, and showed pictures to in charge- NILA. He responded without hesitation that he could clear my choke.
Team came at 140pm for 1pm appt.
Jet sprayed for an hour but worsened the problem and flooded my toilet.
Said that they cant find main IC so they cannot solve the problem and didnt offer to consult another more experienced supervisor.
Told me that they only can help if they can find the main IC.
Team was not able to locate IC. And did not give advice on next steps except to locate the IC myself.
Poor service from a supposedly expert waste removal service provider.
Chased for payment when the day isnt even over for the transport charges of a failed attempt to clear my choke.

We have concluded examining your concern with our field technicians and made the following inferences.
1. Our fast response team was there upon your call to clear a choke in your pipeline.
2. As the first part of their action, the team used an Electro-Mechanical Rodding system to clear the choke and draw out the sludge in your piping system. Your picture shows the amount of sludge that was professionally extracted to ensure your pipeline functions without hindrance.
3. As the choke was cleared, the team was to execute the 2nd part of clearing the debris and cleaning up of their work area.
4. Apparently, you specifically instructed our team to end work; at the point of clearing the choke; within the one-hour timeline citing the following reasons:
a. You had to go for another appointment and can’t be there till work is fully completed.
b. You will get your own cleaners to clean up the mess – which was our 2nd part of our duty.
c. You also insist on paying for just the first hour of the job, when the full length of job and payment till cleanup might have been one and half hour long. Further stating that you won’t be able to pay once you leave the premises.
We take pride in our work seriously. We serve almost all the top businesses in Singapore. We appreciate your grievances, but we find that there is no need to doubt the integrity of our Google reviews in such a manner as you did.
Please isolate what your opinion and case at hand is/was with regards to our agreement of service.
Since the full service is charged on a’ time-taken’ basis, do allow us to complete the full process of choke clearance as well as the make-do of the premises. Pay only at the end of completion of full service.
We have instructed all our team to refrain from accepting payments for interrupted services and insist that we bill all clients for the full service.

Lousy and not professional services. Always wanted payment but works not done well and not accordingly to our protocol and rules. Manager threaten people and argue. Anyhow propose repair which could be costly and things unsolved. Adhoc works maybe can do well but do not try to sign them as term contractors.
