I have been using Anco for several years now. They have serviced 3 different homes and installed 2 sets of air conditioning ( 8 blowers, 5 condensers) systems for me. They are honest, hard working and are very reasonably priced. Anyone can install air conditioning, but after sales service is the key difference, Anco provide exceptional after sales service and professional advice. Highly recommended.

Needed urgent servicing because my aircon started leaking. Decided to try ANCO after reading some of the reviews here. Richard was punctual & patient (I was delayed due to a bad jam on the expressway due to the an accident). Service was friendly and speedy! Will definitely consider his services again!

I used their services during CB and they are pretty good! Very fast and affordable. They are also very helpful in giving feedback and they also show it to you: unlike the other a/c services where they create a 'problem' for them to solved to make more money. Anco is very professional! Highly recommended!!

Over charged , the technician charged $70 , only to take out small carton packing board (10cm X 40cm) which we already paid $630 to change for the sparepart for my AC Technician said not cold because the outdoor is block with board (never said only packing carton block). I think to take out the carton board is his service to make my AC cold. I call the office , never give good solution about unreasonable charge , only agree to charge $60 which I can do it by myself. I never use this service again even we already their regular customer..

I have engaged Anco for the longest time and they hv serviced my air conditioning in my old home and current home. Boss is a trustworthy guy who doesn’t sugarcoat problems. Will also teach and offer tips on maintenance.

We have installed new ACs a few years back and have never had any trouble with them but as soon as we switched to servicing with ANCO various problems starting coming up. The team seemed highly inexperienced and would always try to pull the AC covers even without opening all the screws leading to breaking (yes some parts fell on the floor in front of me) the ACs. In another room the flap of the AC is making really loud noise now and is broken and will not close even if the AC is off. The team came twice to fix the issue and every time it just became worse. I would advice to stay away.
