I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support and service provided by Mr. Haizad, Senior Operations personnel at Aplus Solution. Throughout our collaboration on manpower matters, scheduling, and defining the job scope for each cleaner at Singapore Epson, Mr. Haizad has consistently demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a deep understanding of operational needs. His proactive approach and attention to detail have greatly contributed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping across our premises. Mr. Haizad’s ability to coordinate and manage resources effectively has made a significant impact on the overall service quality. I would also like to commend Anoi, who was recently promoted to a leadership role. Anoi has quickly adapted to her new responsibilities and has been instrumental in supporting the team. Her dedication and teamwork have played a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and upholding the cleanliness standards we strive for. Together, Mr. Haizad and Anoi exemplify the values of reliability, teamwork, and excellence. Their contributions have not only enhanced the performance of the cleaning team but also strengthened our partnership with Aplus Solution.

We had a great experience with Aplus Clean Solutions. The team was professional, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire process. A special shout-out to Senior Ops Haizad, who coordinated everything seamlessly, and to Team Lead Char for her attention to detail. Also, big thanks to Hygienist Sumi for her meticulous and careful work — our office at Capital Square feels spotless and fresh thanks to her. Highly recommend Aplus Clean Solution if you’re looking for reliable and top-quality cleaning services.

I recently engaged Aplus Solutions to provide daily cleaning services for my office, and I am very pleased with their professionalism and service quality. Their salesperson, Green, was extremely patient in accommodating my requests for multiple revisions of the quotation. The operations team, Sunny Lim and Haizad, were also very professional and personally came onsite to check on the hygienist’s performance during the initial days of service, which gave me great confidence in their commitment. Lastly, I would like to compliment our assigned hygienist, Sandar, who has now been with us for three months. She is hardworking, punctual, and very thorough in her cleaning. We truly appreciate her dedication and effort.
