We engaged IMClean for our post-renovation deep cleaning and were very satisfied with both the process and the results. Magdaline and her supervisor came down for a pre-condition survey prior to the cleaning to assess the site and discuss the areas to focus on, ensuring they were well prepared. On the day of the cleaning, her team arrived on time and got straight to work. The supervisor present was the same person who conducted the pre-condition survey, which ensured a seamless follow-through. After the cleaning, Magdaline followed up with us by sharing photos of the completed areas. We were pleasantly surprised by the results — the floors were no longer powdery from renovation dust, the cupboards were clean and ready to use, and all the glass and mirrors were sparkling. We could truly feel that Magdaline and her team are passionate about what they do, and this is one of the reasons we chose to engage them. A big thank you to Magdaline and her team for their professionalism and dedication. Definitely recommended!

Engaged IMClean for their cleaning services post renovation and they are very detailed, professional and more than that, they are supportive and addresses all my worries and concerns as a new homeowner who was stressed out by the renovation mess! They went the extra mile to ensure that the home is cleaned thoroughly and kids-friendly as I have a young toddler with the products they use. Highly recommend them for cleaning services!

Our condo recently changed to IMClean and the improvement has been very obvious. Since they took over, the whole estate has been kept really spick and span. The common areas, lift lobbies, corridors and facilities are all consistently clean and well maintained. The cleaning team is hardworking, friendly and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It really makes a difference to the living environment for residents. No complaints at all since they came on board — the estate has been looking great. Keep up the good work!

Testimonial for Magdaline from Ambition Facilities Services After my home renovation, the usual cleaning done by the ID team still left many areas not properly cleaned. I decided to engage Ambition Facilities Services for a full deep cleaning before moving in, and the difference was immediately obvious. Their team was extremely meticulous and thorough. They cleaned areas that are often overlooked, including the insides of cupboards and detailed corners around the house. By the time they were done, my home was sparkling clean and truly ready for move-in. What impressed me even more was that they highlighted several small defects in the house that I had not noticed earlier. Because of the excellent experience, I continued engaging them for my weekly home cleaning. The cleaner always takes the time to clarify instructions to ensure everything is done properly, and she also gives helpful advice on the right cleaning items to have at home so the cleaning can be done even better. If you are looking for a cleaning company that is reliable, meticulous, and proactive, I highly recommend Ambition Facilities Services.

I’m very impressed with their house cleaning service. The team was fast, efficient, and extremely detailed. They cleaned my elderly parent’s house with great care and professionalism, even paying attention to areas that are usually overlooked like deep cleaning the bed and sofa where dirt cannot be seen by the eye. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a thorough and reliable cleaning service!

Reliable and Thorough Cleaning from IMClean I used IMClean yesterday, and my cleaner, Sai Pan, did a very good job. She was thorough, paid attention to detail, and took care with all areas of the home. Everything was left in noticeably better condition—cleaned properly, not just wiped over. I’m satisfied with the service and would use IMClean again.

The boss Magdelene is very accomodating and able to arrange schedule promptly to suit your need. For the first session, She would meetup with the cleaner to understand my requirements, such as washing of linens. She has also purchased new cleaning equipment for me. I have been using their service regularly because the cleaner is well- trusted who would also inform me if certain areas need more cleaning.
