Just had my aircons cleaned by Justus and his team. Very professionally done with thoroughly deep cleaning without the need of chemical. Justus also gave good advice of how I should upkeep my aircon going forward, and for the “cleaner aircons” he was recommending a less frequent re-cleaning accordingly.

Hire at your own risk .. this company takes their sweet time to revert whilst your ac may be leaking or not working etc .. obvious from other people who hired them that gave bad reviews that they simply don't care or else I won't be commenting this and they would have improved .. response is key to reliability

Justus and his team did wonders for my mother's old aircon units. Look at the dramatic difference in the before and after pictures. This was after another aircon servicing company cleaned them a month ago. Artic Cool is professional and trustworthy. Deep-cleaning without the chemicals!

Team have been professional and prompt in his responses ( taking into account that he has to focus on doing the work on hand). Fair and transparent pricing, does not over charge. Team did free evaluation and diagnostics of aircon problem. Have recommended to friends and family. Good reviews too.

Super friendly and professional services rendered. I have 6 aircon units and 2 condenser units. Their services are efficient . They will usually take about 45 minutes to 1 hour to clean my aircon units. There are usually 2 person who do the cleaning. It is always fuss-free service. They do their job and update you on the condition of your aircon units and remind you when would the next servicing be. Nearer the service date , the person will remind you via mesg. It's just those little things that matter. A shout out to Mr Justus - professional and friendly.

I have known Justus for a long time and engaged his services twice, and I would like to give an open and honest review here. Good rates, but prepare to wait during busy periods (my guess). For quality of servicing, no complaints. It is done well and promptly. The price is reasonable and of course units are cleaned. For responsiveness, there is room for improvement. I waited 12 days before he responded to my reminders and queries on a follow up. I guess he might be very busy, but the silence was unpleasant to say the least. That said, I did get a good outcome in the end. I had this rattling sound in my air con for over a year, and I grew increasingly bothered over it and decided to try to fix it. Justus managed to resolve my issue eventually, but not after one servicing, one follow up and finally on the last visit they removed the fan unit and refixed the bracket. All this for the cost of servicing only.

Don't waste your time with Justus. He says he will do something then leaves you hanging. Won't even give you the simple courtesy of responding to messages. Look elsewhere.

They use waterjet the clean the units. And everytime after cleaning, I have to up the temperature cause my aircon is very cold. He will check how cool the aircon is and is very prompt with visits

I had engaged a few different companies to do aircon servicing before. By far, I am most impressed with Artic Star. They do NOT use chemicals for cleaning and neither do they simply just vacuum the interior of the AC. Instead, they used a water based spray treatment which I really like. They had their mask on throughout and was very honest about which AC needed more cleaning than others. Also, they were not pushy about signing on for a package. After the cleaning, they also explained the different techniques to make sure that the AC is maintained optimally. Overall, I will definitely be engaging their services again.

This company came highly recommended by my husband's friend but we were very disappointed. The water cleaning was good enough, but 1 unit stopped blowing cold air after servicing by Arctic Star. They took 3 days to come down and diagnosed it as a circuit board issue. The boss promised us that a replacement circuit board would be sourced at no charge to us, within 2 days. One week has passed since that day and we've heard nothing. Unable to wait, we got a second opinion from another aircon servicing co and the problem turned out to be loose wiring at the compressor. It was fixed within minutes! I do not recommend this company as they went MIA on us after misdiagnosing my aircon issue. Not trustworthy.
