   Very responsive air con servicer. Been contacting their service for more than 7 years though is a small medium local company in google search. Irene is super good who attended my in house service when my compressor was down and provided the best advice and recommendation to me. Thank you Refreshing Cool's team especially they came to resolve my issue.

   Appointment made for 27 Jun 2pm via Whatsapp on 14 Jun. Reached out again on 19 Jun to update the appointment to 27 Jun 3pm. Both instances your staff confirmed the appointment. On the appointment day 27 Jun, your staff is no where to be seem. We messaged via WhatsApp again at 3.30pm and there was no response. We tried calling all the way up to 5.30pm but couldn’t get through. Thoroughly irresponsible.
