  1. See WhatsApp screenshots. Customer service seems super polite and professional (which is probably why they do have some good reviews) but they will scam you and make up pricing without hesitation (as mentioned by other reviews). In summary: 1) I agreed to pay +120 for a drain pipe replacement and that was the cost to install a new pipe which they had parts for. 2) They could not find the drain outlet so could not do the drain pipe replacement. 3) They did a drain pipe flush but still charged me +120. 4) When I asked why it still cost me +120, they told me a regular drain pipe flush also costs +120. 5) When I questioned the pricing, they told me it was actually a chemical drain pipe flush, hence the cost is still $120. 6) My CCTV shows they did the drain pipe flush in less than 2 mins and no chemicals were brought in, there was no soaking, nor was there any smell. In summary, I agreed to pay $120 extra, and they were determined to charge me the $120 extra regardless of the work that was actually carried out. Made up pricing. All receipts attached. Do not engage with these scammers.

    The technicians who came over are good and friendly. One is from Mynamar and one is from India but the boss Mr Yeo not very friendly and cancel my appointment when I first made on 2 April 2026 and made me rush all the way back and he told me his workers cannot made it at 515pm . Then he arranged 4 April and told me 2pm to 3pm n then the workers came at 130pm instead and I not back home yet.

    I’ve been using the services of Lemoncool Aircon for more than 15 years. They had installed aircon for my whole house ten years ago. Their cleaning services is excellent and the workers are professional. Thanks to Mr Kumar and Vasan! They did chemical wash for one of my aircon units. They clean it very well and tidy up my place after the job is done. Besides their servicing price is reasonable! I highly recommend Lemoncool Aircon for aircon servicing and installation.

    Terrible service. If it is possible to give zero or negative rating I would have gladly given so. Poor service and lack of expertise. I engaged them to service my aircon, but it was still not cold after the first visit. I requested a follow-up, and while they did come a second time, they were unable to provide a proper solution. Despite not resolving the issue, they still wanted to charge for the second visit. Very disappointed with the overall experience

    Thanks for letting everyone know that we did come a second time to follow up on your gas leak issue and check. Our first visit we have informed the guy you assigned for us to liase with this job that in a case where there is 0 gas , we will have to recommend for full gas top up and monitor on the situation. It is our recommendation for you to change your Aircon to a brand new system. Taking into consideration your age of the Aircon , it will definitely need more repairs few months down the road as more parts wear and tear and cause more leakage. There was no bill for the second visit. And we wish you all the best now that you have found someone who is willing to repair your outdoor unit. Hope it will last long, only time will show that our recommendation was the right one. Very very disappointed that you wanted a refund for the first visit despite us following up on your case. Your outdoor unit last time inside got things break before and caused damage only you will know.

    Called them on 01Apr. Came on same say afternoon. Price for indoor fancoil at $90 for 3 units. Does not include removal of rotary fan for cleaning.

    Terrible service. If it is possible to give zero or negative rating I would have gladly given so. Servicing done by LemonCool in Mar 2024. All 3 aircon units took around half an hour in total to service (basically the workers just take a vacuum cleaner and just "clean" the vents) and the main guy in charge told us it is done. Charged us $120 for all 3 units. One of our aircon unit starts to leak again now (Jun 2024). We decided to get another aircon maintenance team to come and look into this issue for us as the March servicing experience is too dodgy. This new aircon maintenance guy asked us is it we very long never service our aircon?!! Even shown me jelly like substance found in the vent which caused the aircon to leak when in usage. Sharing this so that hopefully you guys do not have to learn the hard way like me.

Our servicing has a warranty for 3 months if it leaks again. It is our goal to provide a thorough and satisfactory service for all our customers
